Bought a bunch of presents on their Black Friday / cyber Monday sale - which was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. After contacting them every week, there is not a single response from an actual person ever. It's almost Jan and I still don't have my order. This is a crappy company with crappy business practices. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

I ordered with them in Oct. After I got my box, I cancelled the subscription. Then out of nowhere, I received an email stating that I renewed my subscription on Dec 2. I immediately contacted them to stop the subscription again - before my payment was processed. But they refused and continued to STEAL my money for something I DID NOT order or agree too.

I started to notice that if you post a bad comment about them on their social, they delete it - instead of people reading the truth about this vile scum of a company.

This site is a scam and everyone needs to avoid so they don't ROB you too.

Order on July 4th. After a few weeks of no updates, I finally reach out. Then they don't respond at all for weeks. When they finally do respond, they update the tracking *that day* to say my box was not only shipped a week prior, but it was delivered. But I never received what I paid for, what arrived was something completely different and something I even told them I didn't want.

Since the email they sent saying my package arrived, I've emailed them multiple times a week and haven't gotten a response. Since I was having no luck with email, I sent them a DM on instagram. They only responded that my issues have been noted, not that they will fix them or resolve them in anyway.

It's been over a week now and they've read my messages, yet they refuse to respond.

This is a horrible company with an incompetent staff. Stay away.

I purchase a box last summer. The items arrived damaged and I contacted their support. After sending them about a dozen picture of the broken item, the nearly refused to send me a fixed piece. It took about 2 months (with the extra route protection) for them to finally send me a replacement.

Then I mistakenly ordered another box. It's been over 5+ weeks since I paid and I still don't have the box. They claim it was shipped and the postal carrier lost it and to check with them, but refuse to send me the tracking to make sure they're not lying. The tracking was not on their site or the route protection that I paid extra for. After 3 weeks of my constantly asking for updates, I finally got a real answer. The box wasn't even shipped. They just lied thru their teeth (like I knew they were) and when they said everything was shipped. They shipping label was created a whole month after my order. It's been over a week since the label was created and the box still hasn't left their warehouse. I've been asking for a refund for the past 3 weeks and they refuse to give me back my money and they refuse to send me the items I paid for. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They're liars and thieves.

Wow, I finally got my box in the middle of February, except it wasn't the wish box, it was the February gamers box with the wish bong. But the pieces were packed by a small child or someone with no common sense, so the bong arrived complete shattered. And of course i contacted Hemper and still no replacement or refund. They stopped answering me again - even tho I provided pictures AND had route shipping protection.

So I got broken piece 6 weeks after I ordered and the rest of the items are wrong. Bait and switched me like a mf.
