I ordered a 4 ounce bottle of creed Aventis men's cologne. What I received was an absolutely horrible fake. I took it to Nordstrom's to the creed boutique and they said it was a fake. I tried to contact divine gear twice and they never responded. I have disputed it now on my credit card.

In January, I opened a case with PayPal to get my money back for the Dyson Hair dryer that ended being a fake and broke after 1 time of using it. PayPal told me that they would get into contact with the company. I received an email from Divine Gear (finally, but only because PayPal got involved) and it was Divine Gear saying that they could refund me 35% and I could keep the hair dryer. They said I could return it, but returns often take up to 6 months and even then I wouldn't be guaranteed the money back (that's what I gathered from the email which was written in broken English). At the end of the email, they said to let them know if I would accept the 30% off (I thought, wait, I thought you said 35%?). Pretty shady. I contacted PayPal and they said not to answer the email, and send it to the address that they got from the company. It cost me $77 (because it was sent over seas) to send the hair dryer back. It arrived in Egypt, and the postal service tried to deliver it for 3 days (addressee not available & missed delivery is what the tracking said). NOW... it has been 6 days, and the tracking has not been updated since they tried to deliver the package. I honestly think that whoever takes these packages is purposely not there. I have been in contact with PayPal and my resolution date keeps getting pushed back 3 days every few days. I am beyond upset and frustrated. Now, I am out $400 for the dryer, $77 for the shipping, and I have nothing to show for it. I am not sure if/when I will be getting a refund...

I bought the Dyson hair dryer replica for my girlfriend at Christmas i ordered it rush delivery 12-11-20 it did not arrive until 1-12-20. My mistake for not checking that it shipped from China and according to them i should have checked their policy for shipping.

Why do you offer rush if it still will take a month, once i received the product it was super loud and could not even grab her hair. I immediately asked for a return and bought the real Dyson Hair Wrap they wanted a video along with pictures. At first i asked why do i need to send a video you state 100% satisfaction with money back but i have to prove why i want to return the product.

After sending pictures i still did not get a return authorization instead they offered me 30% off to keep it stating shipping will be real expensive to return. I then lodged a dispute with PayPal who basically was no help after thirty days so i disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Oh yeah did i mention it shipped from China but i had to return the product to Egypt for $52.00 because i put insurance on it just in case they lost my product. Once it got to Egypt they attempted delivery and no one was there so it sat at the post office from 1-24-20 until they finally attempted another delivery 2-14-20. In the meantime Devine Gear is disputing the delivery and still trying to say we will give you 30% then 50% as a consolation since it never got delivered.

I just had to send another document to my credit card company since Devine Gear is still disputing the delivery. I filled everything out and thought let me check the delivery status one more time, it was delivered 2-20-20. So these idiots are sending documents to my credit card company and they have the the product in Egypt. This has been two months of emails and total hell DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I could not post this unless i gave them at least one star if i had it my way they would get negative one star!

I ordered the Dyson hair dryer for $299.00 almost a month ago. It did not arrive when they said so I requested my order to be canceled several times and refund my money. They gave me the run around so the item could be shipped, now they say they cannot cancel the order or refund my purchase amount. The tracking number I was sent has the item sitting in Hong Kong since the 17 of Feb and no movement up to today's date. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT GIVE GOOD SERVICE OR HONOR WHAT IT SAYS ON THEIR SITE. IT SAYS REFUNDS UP TO 45 days and the product does not even arrive in the 45 day time frame. They are quick to take your money but after that you are nothing but a number on their list. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

It is a rip off/ scam run by criminals. I reposted them to the Attorney General. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! The only reason I gave them one star is because you had to to submit a review.

The Dyson Airwap Complete Styer this website is selling is a counterfeit Dyson and is a complete piece of crap! Everything about it the quality is poor! Divine Gear lied to me when I asked them if this was an authentic product. I e-mailed them two days prior to shipping and stated if it is not authentic I would like my order canceled immediately. They responded TWO DAYS LATER, AFTER SHIPPING IT, by saying "yes, it's an authentic Dyson" AND THE ORDER COULD NOT BE STOPPED BECAUSE IT HAD ALREADY SHIPPED. They are ignoring my request for a a return address to ship it back to them. I have since purchased the Dyson Airwrap Complete Styler and LOVE it! It is worth the extra money to buy the real product!
