I called about a bill from a year and a half ago. When a male employee answered the phone he took my information and kept placing me on hold every time I asked him something. To make matters worst he hung up on me. When I called back and asked him why did he hang up on me he said it got disconnected. He didn't apologize for the phone disconnection and didn't thank me for all the times I was placed on hold. Dr. Rose may be a good doctor but he hires individuals who lack professional etiquette, courtesy, and compassion and for that reason I will never go back to him.

"Dr Louis Rose" is the most unprofessional doctor ive ever seen! He literally argued with me! What? I just walked out and said i was finding another doctor, to which "Dr Rose" responded "good luck" After waiting over 1 hour and a half in his office, which is a regular thing...he overbooks patients so he can afford his botox and lavish lifestyle...when i mention the wait, he snaps & rolls his eyes and says yeah i know youve been complaining in the front...youre damn right i have! You have young unprofessional kids running your practice. He had the nerve to say the following: i have to wait when i go to the doctor (yeah but do you wait 2 to 3 hours), can you sit down ( i was standing outside the office & walking around cause i was waiting almost 2 hours), before you get all twisted know the facts...the facts are my paperwork wasnt sent thru their portal in a timely fashion. He claims my PT was denied & thats why...uuumm no cause the adjuster received nothing till about 5 weeks after i saw the doctor...and if something is denied & youre a doctor that cares for the wealthfare of your patients, would you or your office let the patient know that!, he was nasty and rude. His office staff are kids who are so unprofessional and sit there having personal conversations. One receptionist snatched all the patient folders they had in the window when i approached the desk looking around and wondering when i would be called. To that receptionist youre a loser...cause guess what? You shouldnt have patients folders sitting up there in the open HIPPA LAWS. You idiots! Your practice will shut down.
