I called about a bill from a year and a half ago. When a male employee answered the phone he took my information and kept placing me on hold every time I asked him something. To make matters worst he hung up on me. When I called back and asked him why did he hang up on me he said it got disconnected.
He didn't apologize for the phone disconnection and didn't thank me for all the times I was placed on hold. Dr. Rose may be a good doctor but he hires individuals who lack professional etiquette, courtesy, and compassion and for that reason I will never go back to him.
