“Ordered Kapersky 2010 Internet Security for Esoftwaredoctor...”

Ordered Kapersky 2010 Internet Security for Esoftwaredoctor.com and was blockedout by Kapersky because Esoftwaredoctor.com is not an authorized reseller of Kapersky per a Kapersky rep on 1-08-10. Please do not use this company if you are interested in purchasing Kapersky software. I was unable to get my money back from PAYPAL and after contacting Esoftwaredoctor.com 3 to 4 times have not gotton a responds from them.

“I ordered Norton Internet Security from this site”

I ordered Norton Internet Security from this site. Kind of funny to order internet security from an internet site that ends up being a total scam. I paid the money for my Norton's and they sent me an old used and expired code. I've emailed them and have gotten nothing in return. They say to contact their "instant chat" for support", yea that doesn't exist on their site at all. Now we should find a way to report though to the better business bureau or something because what they are doing is completely illegal.

I bought kaspersky 2010 for 39.99 in Oct 2009. Well the software was pirated and now is blocked and they did talk to me on the phone to help me load it in december. They are selling pirated id's and i am afraid the lady on 12/9 will have some issues as well. Now they are only selling one product not taking calls and they are out a here man! Pay pall does not protect against illegal purchases which blows me away.

AWFUL... AWFUL... AWFUL,,,,
I bought a Kaspersky product with a 2 yr licence. Licence expired after 60 days as blocked by Kaspersky. Kaspersky told me I had a trial licence and now need to purchase a full licence. Tried to contact the vendor (esoftwaredoctor) and NO response.

Please... please... please... Avoid at all costs. What the sell is not legal.

I ordered Norton Internet Security 2010, but didn't receive my download. I reached their online help and after considerable anguish finally received my download and service key (they claimed my e-mail addresses were no good). The software license was supposed to be good for three computers, but I later discovered that it would not work on my second computer. Norton techs couldn't help, and referred me back to the vendor. No response from esoftwaredoctor.

I purchased a copy of Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 FROM Esoftwaredoctor.com, and received the 'key' to the Kaspersky site to download it the next day. Every thing was fine till January 25th or so, when Kaspersky rightfully blocked my key. Apparently, esoftwaredoctor.com is NOT a licensed seller. Once three computers (the maximum allowed per license 'key' number) had registered the software using the 'key' sold to me by esoftwaredoctor.com, Kaspersky flagged the 'key' and blocked them all. I used it only on one computer myself. So, apparently esoftwaredoctor.com resold the 'key' number to other consumers. I sent them an email, then registered a complaint with my State Attorney General's Office. They are simply fabulous at prosecuting thieves, and I look forward to seeing them go after this company. I urge you, when you are ripped off in such a manner, to contact your State Attorney General and submit a formal complaint. The more of us who do so, they more likely these types will get their just desserts.

NEVER, NO NEVER, purchase from this site. I purchased Norton, thought it was working, only to find that the download ID# didn't work - contacted this Vendor repeatedly with NO response and have had NO success with Norton - sounds like there could be some 'colusion' here? Why won't Norton stand by it's product if someone can prove they purchased it from
A site that is supposedly selling Norton anti-virus. I'm going to keep writing this opinion until they are OFF the Market.

This site is a total RIPOFF! I paid for Norton 2010 and they sent me a download but it was only for a 90 days. I paid 35 dollars for this antivirus for one year, not three months. I have attempted to contact them about 8 times in the last 2 weeks and no response... Stay away from this company.

It took 2.5 days after paying via paypal to receive digital download. I want to return item. Their shipping and return policy talks about a return item button but, it does not exist. They do not return any emails and no luck with the live chat. The funny part is they gaurentee a reply within 24hrs. Paypal can't help either. Looks like another lesson learned for me.

Like many others, I found out too late that this site defrauds its customers. Do not buy from them! You will regret it and you will NOT get what you pay for.

Ordered Norton Anti virus 2010, Got the order number by E-mail, and to make a long story short, I have contacted my credit card company, Pay Pal, and to be honest not worth the savings, just huge trouble to get the money back.
Do not buy from this company, unless you want to be robed, or you enjoy fighting.

I ordered their product and was sent an email informing me it was being mailed. Guess what? No product and they won't respond after the initial email saying they had sent me information to download. I explained download information was never sent and have had no response to emails I've sent. They are a RIPOFF! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE LIARS! I certainly learned a lesson. Will thoroughly research first. If I had done that I wouldn't be in this situation. I only ordered the $24.00 and judging by the above complaints that would have been for a weeks coverage anyway.

I NEVER write reviews, but I am going to because I only see one other for this company. I am sooo glad that I found this site. My norton 360 antivirus software expired. I've used it for 3 years and have had absolutely no issues with my computers since I've had it. I love symantac and their customer service. I was going to renew it on their home site, but they wanted 69.00 for a years renewal. There was an option on their cart to enter a coupon code, so I did a quick google search for norton 360 coupons. That's how I came across esoftwaredoctor.com. They were offering the year subscription for 44.99 and for 2 years it was only an additional 29.99 which came to a total of 74.98 which I can use for up to 3 computers. This is just slightly more than the cost to renew the subscription on the symantac site for just one year. Not knowing the legitamacy of the company (never heard of them before) I made the purchase after coming to this site and seeing that someone else had also purchased their renewal. I paid via paypal so that my account info and card info would be safe, and if there was an issue I could resolve it thru paypal. Well there was no need for that. I immediately received an email from esoftwaredoctor.com saying that the order was being processed. I wanted to know how long it would take to get the product code bc I didnt have any protection on my computer since mine expired. There is no number listed on the site to call which I wasnt happy with, but there was an option to chat immediately with someone so I did that and it was little to no time before someone (nicole) was in communication with me. She told me that they had to verify the validity of my account info before sending the email due to the large amount of fraud that has been going around. I understood that and about 30 minutes later I received an email from them with the product code and links to install the program. I clicked the link, which worked and the old program uninstalled and a new one did after following the 5 easy steps that they provided me. My computer is now protected, I have 2 years of the service with the newest version (2010) and it cost me only about 10.00 more than what it would have cost me to purchase the renewal from symantac directly! I could NOT be more pleased. I am soooo glad that I found them. It would have cost me 134.99 to get the 2 year plan from symantac and I got it for 74.98! If you're like me and you LOVE saving money then you should DEFINITELY check them out! I couldn't be more pleased. (BTW I do not work for or have any affiliation with the company, I am just like you a consumer).

I tried to order, but it said neither of my credit cards could be used for the purchase. Here's hoping neither card ends up showing the purchases. I'll have to go elsewhere.
