1) Placed my order online with credit card
2) Credit Card was authorized and they were paid
3) A day later, after credit card purchase went through successfully, I received an email asking for a photocopy of my photo ID.
4) They said it was to protect them from fraud. Credit cards will not authorize if you do not give the proper name and address associated with the card. If you are shipping to the address associated with the credit card, what is the fraud risk?
5) I refused to give them such personal information. Photo ID is just a bit of an excessive request in this identity theft era.
6) They cancelled my order, and ignored all further email correspondence.
7) If you want to order from here, you will need to provide excessive personal information.
