Excitel

I asked them to upgrade my Broadband connection to Optical fiber.

Before it was using Ultranet Broadband, they assure me that experience will good enough if you switch to the Fiber service of Excitel. I purchased their plan for 3 months because 1 month was costly. I experienced the slowness and ping loss on the very first night and then regularly I am just complaining and raising tickets.

Their resolution is like switch off and the router.

Service feels like you are using mobile internet, at the peak hours their service will definitely go down.

Now the thing is I am asking to terminate my connection and again switched to the last service provider with broadband itself just after 4 days.

It much better than Excitel even it is a Broadband connection.

They refused to refund my money for a single month whereas I have paid them for 3 months.

I am attaching the photos so that any of you will never be cheated like me by Excitel.

Please compare and decide but never pay for Quarterly or Half-yearly offers.

Guys I am not promoting Ultranet here, You can choose by your choice just making a comparison with other Broadband connections, here I have Ultranet that's why, please don't trust Excitel. Contact their helpline number first, you find it busy always because too many complaints they have.
