Its been 3 days my internet is not available, The online support team is not giving a answer, tried to connect 3 agents, but not picking calls, no messages. Absolutely un professional and cheaters. The support team itself dont know to whome assign the problem. They daily give a message that one day more extend in your current plan as a gift. A bull$#*! reply it is. What is the use of extending one day in my xpiring date. I need to do my office works these days. They are telling this is a gift too.
Their service is too bad. May e their plans are comparitively less but, if any support you need from them then you get in mess and you will lose your time, work.
