Found exactly the part I needed - a tiny $3 part to fix a $300 Italian coffee maker! Perfect match and it arrived much sooner than I expected. Shipping was reasonably priced compared with other businesses. The Fix.com website is very professional too. Coffee maker is good as new now! I'll be back I'm sure.

Have an old Worx blower that I dropped and the on/off switch broke. Searched the internet only to find Worx not only had discontinued making the blower and any replacement parts. Luckily, I happened upon Fix.com and they were the only.com to have the part. I ordered the part and it arrived seven days later. It worked perfectly! You can bet I'll check Fix.com first when searching for hard to find parts.

I placed an order over a month ago and my credit card was charged on the day I placed the order. I have not received any status updates since then. I ordered a part, not terribly complicated or large, and "if I ordered in the next 2 hours it'd ship today!" - well, that was a lie. I ordered it on Monday, and while the part had a shipping label created 6.5 hours alter, FedEx didn't get it until 6p the following day - 30.5 hours later. That's not "today" by anyone's wildest imagination except fix.com management who found a way to create urgency and sucker good people.
I paid for 2-3 business day shipping. Another lie.
Here it is the following Monday and I still don't have the item. It seems to have been shipped ground. There is a cheaper option "Econo Ship" that appears to be how they've actually shipped my item. Or might as well have.
It bounced around Rocky Mountain states and is currently holed up in UT.

I'll skip the blow by blow, but it went to another TX location, then CO, WY, UT, and another UT location. It seems my payment for 2-3 days shipping was another lie.
The part might be correct, but do NOT waste your time on extra shipping. Heck, don't waste your time with fix.com if you need a part sooner. Get it somewhere else that doesn't lie to you with ease.
Also, for all I know, the part I ordered is perfect. Or maybe the wrong part entirely. Who knows - I don't have it a week + 2.5 hours later after ordering asap and paying for 2-3 shipping.
Tip for consumers:
Whatever they have to say about shipping, consider it a lie. Or well meaning but incompetent. Or whatever - the words they use haven't matched the actions I've seen so far. Actions > words.

I ordered a glass shield for a propane heater. It was damaged in transit and never delivered. Emails and calls to fix.com were completely ignored. Refund or replacement request completely ignored. Support call line goes directly to recording 100% of the time. $35 lost. They are thieves.

Site not good at all order something and two weeks passed by and my stuff was never shipped order on the 5th of Jan and they said it will ship on the 29th of Jan like wth the web site said 3 to 5 days shipping its a lie
Fast shipping and delivery. Product was what I ordered. Problem is that the chain for the pull switch was broken. When I installed it worked but due to the short chain I could not get the chain connector to pull through the fixture screw. Had to drill out the hole in the light fixture screw so that the chain connector would fit. Other than the broken chain it was a good experience.
I searched on the website for a reaplcement side table for my grill using my grill's specific part number. The side table it recommended was not for my grill. I did not realize this until the side table arrived and I tried to install it. When back to the website and did the same search, I then realized that it recommends the wrong part (for a different grill). Instead, the search should have shown no results.

I cannot find my order because I checked out as a guest. So, I cannot return the item.

I ordered a fragile replacement part from fix.com and it arrived in an envelope with no protective packaging. It was smashed in on one side and the part was unusable. I called customer service several times and after a couple of rings an automated message says there are no associates available and it hangs up. I emailed them pictures of the damaged part and after two months still have not received a response. Fix.com is not a reliable site for online purchases and I won't be ordering from them again.
Ordered products with next day shipping, did not ship for 4 days, canceled orders and the next day and 4 days latter shipped the orders so far no refund would definatitly not recomend or use again

I upgraded my iMac 1TB Fusion drive to a 2 TB SSD drive. The kit from Fix.com was very complete. I was a bit trepidatious about removing the glass front, but it was pretty straight-forward. The most difficult part of the process was removing the old glass adhesive. This upgrade made a huge difference in the performance of my iMac. Boots in a fraction of the time it used to take. Would highly recommend this upgrade if your older iMac has started to bog down. Should be able to get a couple more years out of this machine.
Find the right video on UTube, order the part from Fix.com and watch the video again and you're done.Saved a ton!

This site is a scam. Stay away from submitting any information. Don't even try to call customer service. The number rings and you get the agents busy message. And forget email you never hear back.

Used them twice. First time they were good. This time they failed to deliver product or customer service. The did not respond to any emails, and their site banner is blaming delays on Covid 19. I ended up buying same parts from Home Depot with 3 day shipping. (So much for the Covid excuse)
Now they refuse to even answer emails about order cancellation.

Ordered a special order item about 2 months ago. Needed it right away. Never came and no communication from Fix. Com. Contacted via Paypal. Said still wanted it. No communication still. They finally issued a refund via PayPal. I ordered from PartsDirect in under 10 minutes & interested to see how long it takes.
Don't expect to order anything else thru Fix.com- don't have time to chase rabbits!
