“Company non-responsive, order not received”

I ordered some cheese for my mom on May 15. It is now May 30, and the order status is 'awaiting fulfillment'. No one answers the phone or returns voicemail messages. Chat is live, cutely proclaiming that there is an actual human there, but no one responds. Credit card is thru Clover and hasn't been charged through on this processing system yet. I want to cancel, but can't reach anyone. Hugely dissatisfied.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! My father who is 89 years old placed an order to be shipped (3 day shipping)to his brother for the Portillo package. It was never received. My father tried to call this co and no one answers nor retuned his call. I contact the co via chat. Clearly they have zero customer service skills and zero accountability. Would not give shipper info, date of shipping, reason for reship nor original tracking #. See pics below for online convo. This review is based upon my experience. Pics uploaded sideways.

Let me be clear. I did not purchase. I knew better. The woman has had at least 5 fraudulent or at least mostly fraudulent businesses with horrible reviews. Apparently she's not all that bright, either. She posts a great review with cease and desist... proving she is the owner, which is against this site's policy. I wish everyone well, but don't wish to see people part with their hard earned money.

These guys have no idea how to package frozen food. Most of the deliveries are spoiled in transport if they dont just take your money and not ship. The owner, Anita Holcolmbe is a crook and her husband is a biker gang drunk all of the time.

Tip for consumers:
Shipping is terrible and most products sold have not been paid for from vendors. The owners are crooks.

Over $120 in and I still don't have my product. No call back, no return email. I did talk to a bot on their website, but then they stopped responding when I had follow up questions. I ordered my appetizer for an event on 11/8. It's now 11/20 and my event is for 12/2. I thought I gave myself plenty of time to get the order without stressing. Now reading these reviews and afraid I'm out a lot of money. This sucks. I had high hopes. Has anyone actually received what they ordered or is this a total scam?

Tip for consumers:
I can't really answer any of these questions because I don't have my product. All I know is I can't get answers, and I didn't get a response when I asked if I could get a refund if my food doesn't show up in time for my event. Feels sketchy. It's been 12 days since I ordered and my event is next week. I'm nervous.

Not only should buyers beware but any company or brand considering doing business with this "company". FCN took our products, sold our products and then refused to pay, claiming initially that they needed more time due to the pandemic. They then requested we send more products and after we refused to send without payment due for the previous monies owed to us ($3500) they then claimed that they took a loss because of shipping costs. They sold over $7000 worth of our products and charged the consumer shipping on top of this and then claimed they took a loss. It's laughable except for the fact this is a pattern. After much research I've found this is an ongoing pattern and many other brands have fallen victim to Mike and Anita Holcombe. The state of SC needs to look into this fraudulent company. I'm including the report of sales from FCN that shows what they owe as well as emails with confirmation from Anita Holcombe.

I ordered two items on November 25th for a gift. Emailed and asked if they could be shipped to arrive on or before December 22nd. Received an email saying that was possible. As of today, December 27th, the Foodie City Network web site says my order was cancelled on December 22nd. My credit card was charged for the purchase on November 25th. I just checked and a credit has not been issued. They have not responded to my inquiries other than to cancel my order, which I did not request!

After repeated order updates, I was finally notified that my order had shipped and was provided with a USPS tracking number. When checking the status after a few days it came back invalid. It was a bogus number! Contacted them again and after a few days was notified they had issued a refund against my credit. I waited over a week and checked with AMEX, no refund was issued. AMEX withdrew the charge from them on my behalf.

Tip for consumers:
Check their reviews before ordering. If I had I would have never placed an order from them.

I ordered Egg Custard Tarts for my Husband. They took the money, But I never received the goods. When I emailed them they said that I had disputed the payment and they cancelled the order. That was a lie. They never returned my money. So I had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Don't use these people they are dishonest people.

I placed an order on November 7 and selected Express 1-2 day shipping. I emailed them about 10 days later inquiring about my order, since I'd received no updates since. I was informed my order would be shipping that day and given a tracking number.

I tried the tracking number for several days, hoping that maybe it just hadn't been scanned in yet, but kept getting the same message on USPS that the tracking number was invalid. Then I started digging and found reviews. Several people mentioned fake tracking numbers. Their social media accounts also have ZERO comments which I always find really strange.

I finally got an email back about the tracking number and the new number they sent was totally different (so obviously not a mistake) and with a different carrier - UPS. I asked for explanation but no response.

I was pretty certain at this point I had been scammed but my order was received by the family I shipped it to on November 23rd. It was missing items and several items were incorrect but I didn't bother contacting them because I was just over the entire thing. I hope the food was fresh - can't confirm.

I would be very wary about ordering from here. Sending a fake tracking number is just a really strange thing to do to bide time. Just be honest!

Do not order from this company. I placed an order with them on October 26th, 2021. My account was promptly debited and I received my order December 22nd. Apparently my product was on back order and I only obtained that information because I emailed, called, and finally Facebook messaged. They sent the wrong item of lesser quality and when brought to their attention I was informed my order delivery had been confirmed. That was it no other resolution or response of any kind. They are not members of the Better Business Bureau but the reviews on that sight indicate these people are scammers. I'm inclined to believe it. Booooooooooo foodie city network.

Don't order from them.

I had very bad experience with this company. I ordered specific gluten free baking mix, which I like (Bella). I paid for the order, and I waited for 4 weeks for the order. Nothing happened, and I sent email asking for a refund if they cannot fulfill my order. After another 3 weeks I received a different product Pamela's Pancake & Baking Mix (also gluten free baking mix, which I tried in the past but did not like it). The product they send me I could buy on Amazon cheaper, and I could receive in 2 days from Amazon, and not after 7 weeks wait time. I sent another email indicated that I would like to return the product they sent me, but no response. When you call the phone number they list you get VM and they do not return phone calls after you live your phone number. They do not respond to email neither. Dishonest company. Don't use them.

I ORDERED A 12 PACK OF A PRODUCT AND ON THEIR SITE YOU CAN PICK THE FLAVORS YOU WANT. I PICKED 6 FLAVORS AND ASKED FOR 2 OF EACH. SHORTLY AFTER MY PURCHASE I RECEIVED A SHIPPING ALERT AND A USPS TRACKING NUMBER. THE TRACKING NUMBER IS INVALID, THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE# TO CALL SO YOU HAVE TO RELY ON THE CHAT FUNCTION. I TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM 2X THAT THE TRACKING NUMBER WAS INVALID. AND REQUESTED A VALID TRACKING NUMBER. NO RESPONSE EVER RECEIVED. A PACKAGE FINALLY ARRIVES VIA UPS FROM A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COMPANY? NOT AT ALL THE FLAVORS I HAD ASKED FOR?. FINALLY MANAGED TO GET SOMEONE TO RESPOND ON THE CHAT AND THEY SAID THEY SENT WHAT WAS IN STOCK. WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW PEOPLE TO SELECT ITEMS THAT DONT EXIST? GIVE A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER ANDTHEN PASS OFF THE PRODUCTS AS YOUR OWN? THE REP OFFERED TO EMAIL ME A RETURN LABEL IF I WANTED TO RETURN EXPLAINING I WANT A FULL REFUND UPON RETURN. WHEN I ASKED WHEN I COULD EXPECT THE LBEL, SHE GHOSTED ME AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL. THIS COMPANY IS SHADY AS HELL. Also check BBB. TONS of complaints!

This company is known for getting manufacturer's to send them goods that they advertise on their website but then refuse to pay for. They sell the said goods to consumers and pocket all of the money. Total scam. They should be in prison.

The private investigation team in Scottsdale Arizona has recently recovered and recorded paper trails of numerous Theft of Service accounts from Foodie City Network. Class A Misdemeanor crimes are punishable by a up to 180 days in jail and/or a fine up to $4,000. Theft of Service is considered a State Jail Felony if the value of the services stolen is $2,500 or more but less than $30,000. A Class A Misdemeanor is the most serious classification of misdemeanor charge in most states... A misdemeanor is an offense that is punishable by a jail term of one year maximum. Offenses that require more than a year of incarceration are usually classified as felonies. This is Where Foodie City Network is And will be charged for. If you take notice on other recent reviews we called Foodie City Network up and asked for an employee Patience out of suspicious activity. It turned out that Patience who coincidentally reviewed This False Company using 2 separate Emails within a four minute period. A review from an EMPLOYEE is in fact a Guilty pledge of prior Judgements against them. Here is a sample of there Advise. Foodie City Network Delivers Gourmet Food from TOP Food Creators Nationwide! Specializing in Wagyu Beef, ABF Air Chilled Chicken / Poultry and Plant Based Foods (Distribution, Wholesale & Retail) "Food Brings People Together, Especially Delicious Food!" We carry over 500+ specialty food brands and 4500+ food products from top food curators worldwide! We also share 5000+ delicious recipes to try from our "Taste & Test Kitchens". In addition, local support means everything to us. We then went and called the Georgetown Investigation team. There is not an Approved USDA kitchen in there facility. Every picture on there website is a copyright infringement, where not 1 photo was taken from there fake company. There storefront as confirmed by the building department is a mere 600 sq feet. We then called a leading Architect who specializes in commercial food storage. The minimum capacity to carry over 500 plus products would require a space of a minimum of 14.000 square feet. In Food Distribution Commercial Kitchens must be monitored on a 2 week basis. Especially with Perishable products. There is absolutely zero paperwork filled in the United States that allows Foodie City Network/ AKA Taste, Crave Eat to legally supply any products. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued warning letters to both companies for marketing Fraudulent Products, and supplement products that allegedly relieves joint pain and enhance mood levelswith false advertising including wholesale quantities of powdered kratom online. Both companies have been accused of saying these supplements can "relieve opium withdrawals" and "treat a myriad of ailments," such as diarrhea, depression, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, stomach parasites, diverticulitis, anxiety and alcoholism. In each letter, Donald Stevenson, director of compliance for the center for drug evaluation research with the FDA, said the marketing and sale of unapproved perishables products is a significant threat to public health. "[The] FDA is taking measures to protect consumers from products that, are not approved for resale without a legal Document from the FDA, he said in the letter.
