It takes a long time to get the items in, since they are coming for China. Did not even attempt to return or get a refund, customer service was bad enough trying to track the package or verify shipping. Didn't feel like it was worth the hassle. Always keep in mind if the price is too good to be real, then the product is not usually real.
They sell FAKE Louis Vuitton products. When you return them, they refuse to give you a refund although they play "dumb" by wasting your time explaining and asking. They are located in China.
