They have very shady practices & they will hold your funds for whatever reason they want. I'd suggest looking for a community that uses your crypto & getting a wallet that you control. You won't have to embarrass yourself by sending private information to people like this. After a week of back & forth I finally got my crypto back. Remember: Not your wallet, not your coins. Keep a wallet of your own, don't use terrible "services" like this.
