Check around online before creating an account with them as you'll see tons of people that have been burned by them.
They have very shady practices & they will hold your funds for whatever reason they want. I'd suggest looking for a community that uses your crypto & getting a wallet that you control. You won't have to embarrass yourself by sending private information to people like this.
After a week of back & forth I finally got my crypto back.
Remember: Not your wallet, not your coins.
Keep a wallet of your own, don't use terrible "services" like this.
As many others have said, they'll freeze your account & ask you to take impossible photos to get it verified. They want you to hold up your account on a device & print out a copy of their image while taking a selfie of yourself. Steer clear, I just got burned by these scammers.
