It shouldn't even get the one bleeding star! I pay for this site, but for the last 8 months, I haven't been able to access my own personal site, however every month they charge me the the monthly fee. I have sent dozens of emails, and still almost nine months later, the so called glitch still isn't fixed! I'm an author in three different genres and if I were to cancel the subscription, then all my data would be lost. So out of fear I continue to pay the monthly fee hoping against all hope that it will get fixed, I can down load all my stuff, then tell them to go F themselves! I can't get into the site, so the revamps that have been done to both my series aren't corrected, and every time I email them it's something new. If anyone out there knows how to copy a web site, please contact me. If I could just retrieve my data I would be fine, cancel the stupid thing, but I would still have my stuff. *******@yahoo.com

I have been a user of this site for several years! I recently got notice that they froze my account because I needed to remove something. I responded with a polite letter asking how I do so with my account frozen and if they would let me in and tell me what to change I would gladly do so. I then got a letter back saying they would need me to log into my FROZEN account to fix it! HOW IN THE WORLD DO I LOG INTO THE ACCOUNT THEY FROZE TO UNFREEZE IT?!?!?!?!?!? So I again asked them that question where they told me to log in! I tried to log in and NOW IT SAYS THAT I NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT TO BEGIN WITH! How did they have my address if I never had an account? I had an account starting back in early to mid 2000's! I have used them happily up until now and I will no longer be using them nor will I recommend them to anyone! This is how they treat their loyal fans?!?!? Ugggh!
The owner blamed me for something i didn't do and banned me for no reason. They also used offencive languge. "$#*! OFF TRYING TO RUIN MY CONTEST" he said this after i tried to enter for the first time. I feel this website should be permently shut down.
Likes to break Copyright Rules - Doesnt give credit with a picture, instead puts it on a news page. Standards are a Webmaster must give acknowledgement of a picture with the picture.
