I have been a user of this site for several years! I recently got notice that they froze my account because I needed to remove something. I responded with a polite letter asking how I do so with my account frozen and if they would let me in and tell me what to change I would gladly do so. I then got a letter back saying they would need me to log into my FROZEN account to fix it! HOW IN THE WORLD DO I LOG INTO THE ACCOUNT THEY FROZE TO UNFREEZE IT?!?!?!?!?!? So I again asked them that question where they told me to log in! I tried to log in and NOW IT SAYS THAT I NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT TO BEGIN WITH! How did they have my address if I never had an account? I had an account starting back in early to mid 2000's! I have used them happily up until now and I will no longer be using them nor will I recommend them to anyone! This is how they treat their loyal fans?!?!? Ugggh!
