Givelify

I had received information about Givelify.com my Church in Maryland to send my Tithes. I did some research about the website and discovered that the Founders are from Nigeria, which makes me an easy target because of my last name. I am actually an American born citizen. In addition to this, I received instructions while I was attending Church services online, to go to the Givelify link that my Church had on their Facebook Account. I went to the Facebook Account and clicked on the Givelify link. After I clicked on the link, it went straight to my Pinterest Account that was linked to my Tutor's Account with Takelessons.com and my Pinterest Account popped out and a question came up on the screen asking whether I would like to use this Account to donate money? I was like "What?" I was petrified. I didn't feel comfortable in using my Bank card on that website. I saw how they advertised the names of people who had just used their website to give money to their churches and how much they gave and what time the donation was made. I was like "NO Way". I also charged fees for people use their website to donate to their churches. I decided to buy a Money order and send it to my Church by mail. I know that a lot of churches trust that website and use their service. That wasn't cool for them to be going straight to my Pinterest Account simply because it was linked to a Gig account. I don't feel safe in having any of my information that website. They can easily take my name to their country.
