This site has really unique deals that are unlike the other daily deal sites. They also have great customer service when I had trouble getting my deal. Someone called me after I posted on the board and I got it sorted out ASAP. Weird reading some of the negative reviews...

“Horrible company.”

Their lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. When submitting my request for an offer, I asked to be contacted in the evening as I work until 5pm. I was called 30 minutes later and then text messaged immediately since I could not answer. Their "no fees" are actually factored into the lowball price that you'll receive from them. Trust me, you're better off using OfferPad and even better off going with Redfin. Redfin gave me an offer of $325,000 with a net of $304,000. After waiting for a call that never came by 6:30pm as discussed with "Michael", an employee of Homerun, I received a text message from him the following day (he even greeted me by the wrong name) with a high/low offer of $230,000-$275,000. When I told Michael of Redfins offer, he didn't even counter or ask to see proof, the last text message I received from him was "awesome that's a great offer I would take it". This group of unprofessionals are strictly in it for the profits, so please get multiple quotes before allowing Homerun Offer onto your property.

They took 3 months to deliver and got delivered 2 storage small storage boxes instead of cooking box (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wrtceUCggHg).

£25 lost but what can we do? Now the website doesnt even exist. I wrote them an email but I don't think I'm going to get an answer. They might blame COVID19 for their confusion.

I bought a voucher last month for a hotel stay 2 nite and 3 days in Miami. What a scam this is... I call the number on the voucher to make a reservation and no one answers the phone. I left a message 3 times and no one calls me back. The home run # for help does not work. I am so angry and I want my money back!

Horrible experience. They are totally rude. Chris who runs it was totally rude when I spoke with him. I asked for a refund or credit on a gift certificate that had expired after only 4 months. After being rude he said, 'no refund". I don't care how good a deal they can offer, I will never do business with this company again. He offered no solutions except to try and contact the vendor. They're address is a PO Box. I don't expect them to remain in business very long.

The deals may seem great but if anything goes wrong they will not help you at all! They only care about taking your money. AVOID these people!

I was given a voucher for the Neon Run in Phoenix which had an invalid code. I am still waiting for a response from them both by email and phone message. SCAM! =(

I purchased a voucher for The Neon Run. Once the voucher was ready for use I followed the instructions (this is not my first voucher, I know how these work) and the code they gave me was an invalid code. I attempted re-typing the code over and over in different formats, the way it came, with spaces, without spaces, caps, no caps etc. and nothing worked. I then called the company several times and no one responded. Later I sent the company an email and they just opened a case. I asked to either give me a new code or refund my vouchers, as I purchased 2. As of now no response. I will do a new review with an update IF they contact me.

I wish there was a 0 stars option for Homerun. They are truly that awful.

The only things you will receive from a company as dishonest and incompetent as Homerun are grief and frustration. If you ever need to contact them for help, you will be dealing with totally clueless people who have never even heard of customer service, let alone customer satisfaction.

Homerun should not be in business and no one should be using them for any product or service.

Less than one if possible. I bought a voucher for Rixos Limo for a Napa adventure for my daughter's 21st B-day. When the day finally came, I couldn't remember which site I had purchased from and consequently, the voucher expired. I came across it when I was cleaning out my desk and found that they do not follow the California law that says paid vouchers NEVER expire. Would love to start a class action law suit against them for the value of my voucher. Rixos Limosine wouldn't honor it either. I just wanted the value not the whole adventure.

My friends and I had 2 vouchers for a restaurant in San Francisco from HomeRun.com. The details state 1 voucher per person per visit, but the restaurant only allowed us to redeem one for our entire large group. They said they have no control over the details of the voucher printed by HomeRun. Groupon seems to be a much better site for daily deals and more thorough in detailing the agreement with the businesses.

Hey Tina, if you'd like to reach our customer service team we'd be happy to troubleshoot this with you. We work with merchants to set the terms and limitations of their deals... sorry if they didn't honor the voucher as it was set in the deal. We've love to know which merchant this was so we can explain this to them when they run their next deal. Thanks!

I purchased a $25 target giftcard with a $50 restaurant.com giftcard in November (early) redeemed it midmonth, it is now almost mid-December and I have not received it. I tried contacting Digital Doorstep, the company that issued the gift card several times, and homerun.com several times (emails and phone calls) but to no avail. Neither company allows you to talk to a human... computerized answer services and voice mailboxes only. Stay away from BOTH companies... they are either highly incompetant or major frauds. Either way, you'll lose your money!

Hello, I am having trouble with my deals too! I bought 2 coupons for sailing, and there were issues with it as it didnot say anywhere that you have to pay extra for weekends! They misrepresented the coupon and when I tried cancelling it HOMERUN won't refund my money! They gave me a credit and I have no use for it! Groupon refunded the money to my credit card. The contact no. At homerun is bad too. No one ever picks up! I'm so mad.

I used home run for the first time on the deal for prized pearls and my order was short and now home run or prized pearls will not return my emails or my calls to compete my order of over $100.00 I spent... I will nver give them my business again, it has been 2 months and no response from either party, sad too, because I am a big on line shopper, not happy at all... bad first impression...

BEWARE! If you want deals go to Groupon or Living Social. Their policy's are better and they work with better vendors/business owners. HomeRun.com does not investigate their vendors and some of their vendors can be flaky or start-up companies. I purchased a deal from HomeRun.com for Fotabulous.com. I could not get the Fotabulous.com site to work on numerous occassions! I mean, several tries over a long period of time. I contacted HomeRun and because I was outside of their 7 day return window, they would not offer a refund. I contacted Fotabulous.com and they offered no assistance even when I tried to email their customer support. Their website NEVER worked and they just kept pressing me to use the website for my order. The long and short of it is that the deal expired and unlike Groupon or Living Social, it has no cash value even after the fact. I would never order from either of these companies again. It feels like the comeback of the dot com industry with a poor customer service component! I don't recommend it. Stick with Groupon and Living Social. Their deals are better anyway!

Do not use them - I bought $40 worth of coupons - when I go to buy items, the merchant says the coupons have been used already - Homerun says they are still valid. Neither of them will refund the money. It's a scam. Stay well away, both consumers AND merchants (you will get a tarnished reputation)

It is one of the WORST sites I have ever dealt with. If you have a problem, they claim they would love to help you resolve the issue but all they do is ignore your emails or give you the runaround. One month and 7 emails later, my problem is still unresolved. I tried to call but the phone number I found was useless.

HomeRun.com DOES NOT care about you. AVOID THIS SITE!

Hi Gene -- would you like some help? Some deals require you to visit a merchant online to provide them with your address. I'd love to see if we can help resolve your issue.

I tried to buy a deal and got error message "is missing". I sent a help message but got no response in the promised 24 hours. I thought it might have something to do with my using an iPad, so I tried my daughter's PC. Still did not get completion or any confirmation. I then discovered that my credit card information had been stored with NO WAY to delete it. Check og my account shows a pending sale of $00 for now, but that will change upon merchant notification. I am concerned since HomeRun doesn't respond and provides no way to phone. I'm on a trip and this is ruining my vacation! I want my information released. I don't think I want to try their "deals" if they turn out to be big headaches.

This site practices borderline, if not outright, illegal marketing methods. It spammed all of my email contacts. I will do everything I can to make sure everyone I know hears that this site is garbage.

Hi lisa, sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I'd love to walk through what happened and how you think we sent email to anyone. We never email anyone unless you ask us to... so it would be great if you want to email me at help@homerunmail.com so we can get to the bottom of this -- and clarify what went wrong.

This is an extremely flaky company staffed by incompetent people who do not know anything about customer service. They deceptively acquire your email address and once they have it, automatically make you a member and start spamming you. They are not professional. They do not want to help you. They take forever to respond to your email. They do not want you to call them so they do not provide a phone number on their website. I found one on the Better Business Bureau website and repeatedly called and was not able to get through.

Do not ever, ever, ever do business with HomeRun.com!

I received an e-mail from a theater friend purportedly giving me a free movie. When I went to the homerun site, it immediately grabbed all my Outlook contacts and sent out a mass mailing! Further, the deal was a complete scam - no free movie.

Dilek -- sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We had some growing pains but we'd love another chance to make you happy, and give you better service. Please feel free to reach out again.

Also, for what it's worth, we have many wonderful merchants and great deals, and work with many higher end merchants and services than others -- having successfully run deals for private jet flights and private wine tours. If you take another look with clear lenses (maybe after we resolve your issue) I think you'll find that we're the best out there!

This site sucks. I have had issues redeeming a voucher for a facial. I purchased the deal on 6/3/11.

I have called and emailed the spa for a month the spa and they have not returned my calls or my emails. So, I contacted Homerun.com for a refund and I was given instructions on how to redeem my voucher and if I am still having issues, then contact the spa.

What?! I had explained to them that the spa would not return my calls or emails so how in the great-gates am I suppose to redeem the vouchera? I am pissed. I sent them another email 2 days ago, if I am not issued a refund, then I am going to contact my credit card and report the company.

I've used both Groupon and Living Social and never have had these problems. Homerun.com SUCKS!

I have an expired coupon, and they don't want to refund what I have paid for. Groupon gives me back credit to purchase a different deal.
