Worst customer service. Worst merchants. Cheap services.
I called their customer service # million times, no one answering the phone, they never called me back, theres no answer to my emails at all.

Dilek -- sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We had some growing pains but we'd love another chance to make you happy, and give you better service. Please feel free to reach out again.

Also, for what it's worth, we have many wonderful merchants and great deals, and work with many higher end merchants and services than others -- having successfully run deals for private jet flights and private wine tours. If you take another look with clear lenses (maybe after we resolve your issue) I think you'll find that we're the best out there!
