On the 23 of Aug. I was given a every good quote on a complete A/C and Heat Pump. On the 24 of Aug. Alex showed up alone to install the unit at 11AM. He was amazing! I could not have ask for better service and installation. Hats off to Alex and Honest A/C, LLC of Orlando.

Good Morning, Your tech seems to have some sort of knowledge of a/c. But he has NO sense of curtsy in finding anyway to make a quick buck/rip a customer off. I called you guys for an estimate for a coil cleaning, air handler cleaning, a UV bulb replacement and duct cleaning. After he started adding up the totals all of the prices was through the roof it was so high that I could of possibly replaced the unit and duct work throughout the entire house. I was quoted $2,965.00 dollars. This is ridiculous... For example he quoted me $475 for a UV bulb, I paid $91 for the replacement bulb. New they go for $192.00. A drain cleaning $125.00 for a 20 feet of PVC pipe, this is madness. You only need about 5 psi of nitrogen or a shop vac and 5 ounces of bleach or chlorine tablets. A/C filter drier $225.00 this is ludicrous, they go for under $30.00. Drain pan acid wash $199.00, it s a plastic pan that just needs water and soap. Like I said earlier, just so you know you tech Jose Espinal is full of Poop, C--P, S--T and just looking to rip people off and make a quick buck. On another note, He doesn't even have a uniform or company vehicle... very unprofessional... I would never call your company or recommend Honest A/C for anything. Thanks for Nothing...

I had a brand new unit installed by this company last year. It has never worked properly. They've refused to come repair the unit. Save yourself a headache and go with a reputable ac company.

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not do business with these people. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They do not honor the warranty on the A/C that they install. I had a brand new A/C unit installed by them less than 2yrs ago. Called them last week because unit stopped cooling. Spent a week calling them, all I would get is that a tech would call me back. No one ever did call me back. After a week of waiting I had to finally give up and call a different company. I suggest you also read all their BBB complaints. Many say the same thing, they do not honor the warranty on an A/C that they install. If you install with them and something goes wrong you will never hear from them again. I recommend you call A/C Home LLC. I called them and a tech was out to my house within the hour and had my unit fixed within a half hour after that.

Anyone thinking about using this company stay away from them, I paid them for 19 cents to be cleaned because they charge for vents, when they came to clean it they missed about 7 of them upstairs they said it was not necessary, I called for reassurance they explained the same., ok moving on I ordered a UV light and a filter with it too., it's been 6 weeks I yet have not received my filter. I called the office on a daily regular to find out the secretary works from home and everytime I call she states she let the manager know or will follow up with me. Not once has the manager called me nor I heard from her. I then was told that the person who orders the filter has bee. On vacation for two weeks and didn't put my order in before going on vacation mind you it's going on 6 weeks since I paid for my service and filter. When o explain to them that this is unacceptable and unprofessional the only reply was you have to wait on top of getting into a back and forth with the secretary. They are very unprofessional I do not recommend this company to anyone. When I met the owner he seems professional but his staff starting with lady who makes orders and answer phones which may be the same are far from professional.

Our AC went out on April 16th. Honest air was called out the next day and we were told by Alex it was a leak and it needed a new copper line. Technician came out and said there was no leak it was clogged coils! They put in the copper line anyway. Cleaned out the coils only to find they are supposedly leaking. A new one was installed through the warranty only to find out that is not the problem. Back outside to the condenser unit where supposedly that is where the leak is. Technician can't fix it because of where the weld is we need a whole new unit and that can't be covered under warrantly because the air handler already was. $1200 later and my landlord has to come up with the money to buy a new one. The other one is torn apart on the side of my house and the new one is waiting to be installed. This has been almost 3 weeks of complete nonsense! I have no faith that these people know what they are doing at all except take our money! Just found out they are not coming today to install the new one! Absolutely unacceptable!

HORRIBLE AC CO. I WAS PROMISED A UV LIGHT... NEVER INSTALLED! ALSO UNIT NOT COOLING MAKING NOISE AND I HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES... NO RESPONSE. THEY PASS THE BUCK BETWEEN THE SALESMAN AND CO. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I WAS TOLD YOU DO NOT NEED A PERMIT... ANOTHER LIE FROM THIS CO. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO SOME RUDE GUY NAMED FRANK WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! THEY ACT LIKE YOUR CALLING A CALL CENTER... DO NOT BELIVE THAT FOR A MINUTE! WHAT A MISTAKE GOING WITH THESE LIARS! THE SALESMAN EDWIN TELLS YOU CALL THE OFFICE... THE OFFICE TELLS YOU TO CALL EDWIN! HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THAT! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM!

"Honest" A. C LLC is the most dishonest company i've had the chore of dealing with. They did the WORST job i've seen, my 4 year old cleans better than they cleaned my vents. And when we called back to ask them to re-do their half-assed, jobs. They called us liars and fools to think that they would fix it. They ripped my poor grandparents off. Whatever game they think their playing, i plan to end. But whatever you do, call anyone but these twisted, sick, liars.

We live in the best time, if a company is not true to their word or HONEST with their service we can share our experience with more than just our immediate friends.

*** Buyer Beware *** My elderly parents' AC is not working correctly. We called several days ago and we were told someone would be out to service it. After several no shows, we called again today and i asked to speak with a manager and I was told by "Frank, the call center manager" that no one would tell us someone would be right out to see us because it is against protocol. We are clearly lying to ourselves and making up the appointment scheduled. The wait time is 3-5days for service calls. There was absolutely zero empathy from Frank and another rep named, Nancy. Rather, they appeared bothered by the fact we were calling again.

Our AC unit is 2 years old and the 10-year "Warranty" only covers parts. If we don't ask nicely for help, no one will be coming. Clearly, customer service after the fact is not something they care much about. We were told we are not the only ones with hot houses and we just need to wait. We will get to it when we can.

If you are looking to buy an AC unit, please save yourself the hassle and pick another company. Spend a little more and read the comments from other customers.

I hope someone reads this and decides against calling your company to do business clearly the "Call Center" does not care about your customers after they have purchased from you.

*** Update ***

We received a call from Issac, and they are sending someone out to service the unit. This doesn't negate our experience and it should be shared.

The folks talking phone calls need training on how to be empathic, conceding tone and customer service don't mix.

Frank telling me that at-least their office has AC and we don't is not a way to end a call and expect to continue to grow an AC business.

Called for an emergency repair at 12pm. Said they would be here between 3pm-6pm. Someone called me back at 6pm saying he was 45 minutes out. Two hours later at 8pm, still nothing so I called and he said was 20 minutes out because of only one good wheel. Hmm... got the feeling Honest AC wasn't living up to it's name. Stay away and try someone reputable because this one is questionable.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST! THEY BASICALLY BAIT YOU IN TO BUY A NEW AC UNIT, CHARGE YOU IN FULL EVEN WHEN THE JOB IS NOT COMPLETE AND THEN NEVER SEND ANYONE OUT AGAIN TO FINISH THE JOB. IN ADDITION, THE UNIT THAT WAS INSTALLED WAS NEVER PROPERLY MOUNTED AND HAS BEEN SHAKING AND MAKING HORRENDOUS NOISE. THIS WAS 4 MONTHS AGO. SINCE THEN, I HAVE CALLED THEIR PHONE NUMBER THAT JUST GETS YOU TO THE ABOSLUTLEY USELESS SCHEDULING GIRLS (AND SOMETIMES DAVID, WHO SEEMS TO BE THE MANAGER/OWNER OR SOMETHING THAT AND HE IS EQUALLY INCOMPENTENT AND FULL OF BULL$#*!). ALL YOU GET ARE EXCUSES EVERYTIME YOU TALK TO THEM! THEY CANCELLED ON ME A MONTH AGO WHEN I CALLED THEM TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THE MACHINE NEEDED TO COAT THE DUCTS WAS BROKEN. THEY SAID THEY SNED SOMEONE OUT TO FIX THE OUTSIDE UNIT BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE TO BE THERE FOR THAT AND THEY WOULD RESCHEDULE ME FOR THE DUCTS WHEN THE MACHINE WAS BACK UP AND RUNNING. NEVER GOT A CALL. NEVER SENT ANYONE OUT TO FIX THE UNIT, SO I CALLED THEM A MONTH AGO TO MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY THIS WEEK. I CONFIRMED SATURDAY. STAYED HOME FROM WORK, TALKED TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES THOUGHOUT THE DAY AND NOONE EVER SHOWED UP. SOMETHING ABOUT A TEHCNICIAN CALLING IN SICK AND THEY CANNOT CONTROL THAT. I RELUCTANTLY RESCHEDULED FOR TODAY. CALLED AND CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT YESTERDAY. GUESS WHAT, IT IS 2:45PM AND NOONE HAS SHOWED UP. NOT EVEN A CALL FROM A TECH, NOT EVEN A NAME FOR WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO COME OUT. NOW, THE EXCUSE IS BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY WITH PEOPLE THAT DO NOT HAVE AC'S WORKING. REALLY!?! I TOLD THEM ON SATURDAY THAT THE CONDENSER WAS BLOWING WARM AIR ON AND OFF ON TOP OF THE OTHER ITEMS THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO COMPLETE AND FIX. THE UNIT IS PROBABLY GETTING DAMAGED BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN SHAKING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL BE FILING A DISPUTE FOR THE CHARGES IN APRIL BECAUSE THE JOB WAS NEVER COMPLETED AND THE PART THAT DID GET DONE WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY, THE UNIT IS GETTING DAMAGED. I LOOK FOWARD TO SEEING THESE SCUM IN COURT! PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS! RUN!

I would recommend Honest A/C, they arrived on time, the installers were professional and left the jobsite clean. Their office staff was knowledgable and pleasant.

Dennis came to our home after we contracted honest ac to install us a new unit we were happy with the price but the installation was over the top the detailed work of this technician and his partner were just immaculate. We will recommend them to anyone with ac trouble.
