I contacted Iheartradio with log in/authentication error I was getting to submit info for one of their contests on January 13. It's April 3, it's not fixed and all my follow up's have gotten ignored. Apparently it's ok to exclude eligible people from their give aways. Perfect example of Big corporation crapping on the people that helped them grow so big. Worst company ever! Horrible customer service.

I woke up to I heart preaching about biden being the future of this country. Wtf that pos is destroying this country! I lost everything because of biden- my home, my business, my child's education. Fjb I'm deleting IHeart Radio for promoting the treasonous pedophile communist who is destroying America on purpose! That's what communists do. I heart Radio should be ashamed for promoting Communism 😪

Tip for consumers:
Communism Sucks, I'm a single father and a hard working man. Any company that promotes this treasonous pedophile communist Joe biden can kiss the darkest part of my Lilly white AZz

Been switching from various radio apps to see the difference between them. I have been testing 3 mainstream different radio apps on my Android devices, and the I Heart radio app is the most problematic. Tried every setting, reinstall and cache clearing etc with nil effective solutions to the stop start issues. Very poor app indeed. Not recommending this to anyone.

I can't believe after all the years Jack Harris has given to radio and to you that you would cut him off without even getting to say goodbye to all his fans is total Bull$#*!. I hope you at least had the courtesy of paying him what he is owed and not just dump him into the trash. Jack Harris has been an icon to radio news for years. I'm 42 and I can remember listening to him as a kid in my moms car on the way to school. How dare you treat someone like him this way. Will never use your app again will switch to Sirius. Absolutely horrific what you did to him. I hate IHeart!

You can't start a live stream without having to listen to ads first. And then there are dozens of popup ads all over the site, which you can't block, or the stream won't play. Absolute garbage. Fortunately, there are myriad FREE radio streaming services online that are just as good, and don't inundate you with ads. I'll never use iHeartRadio again.

I heart 50's radio use to be ok until they plastered ads through it! An now it plays "SHOUT" way too often and it's become the most annoying song ever!

If you want to create an app that is completely stupid, the creator of iHeart Radio win first prize! This app plays default music that the creators of the song can't stand. When you are listening to a program and then it ends, instead of continuing to the next episode in secession, the app jumps to some random episode that you don't want to listen to. Inexplicably when trying to change from the random episode to the next in line, the menu pops up with everything but what you're looking for!

I just got notified that I won the whatawedding at whataburger. Within a few minutes I told my girlfriend, my dad, other family, coworkers and friends. My girlfriend instantly got 3 dresses lined out to try on, booked a honeymoon at a resort, and took off work. A couple hours after that we get a call from the radio station apologizing for not being able to perform the ceremony because you have to get a marriage license 72 hours before the ceremony. They notify you of winning 48 hours before the ceremony. My girlfriend is crying her eyes out. They offer me the winner a pair of tickets instead of a wedding that has a band, catered, photographer, and whataburger worth $8000 for the two of us for a year.
I'll never listen to them again. What a lying scam.

Easily the worst radio player ever, hardly ever works. I've tried multiply different browsers and it will not play on any of them, yet I can play audio from any other radio station that does not use this iHeart garbage.

If the podcast has the I heart logo on it, I don't even bother

The ads to content ratio on their podcasts is about 50:50.3 minutes of ads first thing, 5 min of content, another 3 minutes of ads annnnnnnd then 3 at the end just to keep it nice and shoved down your throat.

So many ads that I would get the same experience by just listening to the TV play an episode of snapped.

Nobody cares that your podcast has ads. We get it. Content costs money to produce and it's a business. But this level of ads makes it not worth listening.

Iheart radio app has always had ads, but lately they have up'd the number when starting the app. Also they are longer. They may have a captured auditable but there is still one thing we can do. I have always liked listening to my local stations while on the road. Today after starting the app, after the fifth ad, I Uninstalled the app. Hopefully for others iheart radio will take this to their heart.

In our office, someone has made the decision to have an iHeart radio station the overhead speakers. I can hardly type my animosity and disbelief that anyone would choose to listen to this daily crap. The playlist never changes. It is the same excrement every day. That one Carrie Underwood hit. That one Kelly Clarkson hit. That seven year old Sia song, played 4 times a day as though it were new music. Toxic, one of the worst Britney Spears songs. Every day. EVERY DAY. I don't know what their business model is, but I can imagine they purchase a block of irrelevant, overplayed pap, and somehow convince advertisers that people will tune in and buy their products.
Not this involuntary listener. I will never support this company. If I had time, I would take the additional step of contacting each advertiser, and assuring them that no one in this office will EVER buy what they are selling - EVER - due to their support of the insipid playlist on the iHeart station we are forced to listen to.
Also, rather unbelievably, the station advertises the iHeart Music Awards. Do they seriously get together and give awards to the 'artists' whose music they play over and over and over again each day? Now THAT must be actual hell.

You have to listen to 5+ MINUTES of commercials before 1 song will play. And if you switch to a different radio station you have to go through the SAME 5+ minute commercial length before the new radio station will play. Honestly it is not worth the effort and I doubt I will use it again

I know that nobody from iHeartRadio will read this review, and I know that you can't really complain about something you listen to for free, but I feel the need to get this all written down somewhere and I can't seem to find any kind of review section on their website. Gee, wonder why.

I am forced to listen to this crappy service at work every night, for ten hours straight. I have asked repeatedly for my supervisor to get the music changed and all they do is put on a different iHeartRadio station, because they're too freaking stupid to get the point even though every one of us with a brain is thoroughly insulted by what we have to listen to on a daily basis. IHeartRadio seems like they can only get the license to play any given artist's three or four most popular songs, and they play them with such repetition that you will easily hear the same song twice in an 8-hour period. That's regardless of what station you're listening to. And keep in mind I'm forced to listen to this crap every night. There are songs that I'm so sick of hearing that if I hear them ANYWHERE else and I have the choice to change what I'm listening to or leave the premises I do so immediately. That's how repetitive the songs are on iHeartRadio. The repetition is so bad that I'm not even that interested in listening to the music I DO like because it's always the same uber-popular songs and I can usually name at least 5 songs by most artists that they don't EVER play.

And as repetitive as the songs are, the commercials are even more so. Yes, they have to have commercials because God knows I won't ever pay them a cent to listen to their crap, so they have to get their blood money from somebody. But apparently they can't even sell ad time to a decent variety of companies. And some of these companies that they sell ad time to have managed to write some ANNOYING radio spots. So pair annoying repetitive songs with even more annoying TWICE as repetitive commercials, and you have a combination of suck that has me constantly having to refrain from throwing stuff at the loudspeakers at work.

It's probably good that I'm not working at a Gun factory, because I'd have probably shot all the loudspeakers out by now. IHeartRadio, I cannot say this with enough emphasis: You suck on every level, in every time zone, on every planet, in every universe. The only thing IN this universe I hate more than you is my ex-wife.

IHeartRadio, you're really pissing me off lately... ever since you came out with your pay subscription, seems like you totally have messed up the regular free service. Nothing you set like before stays, doesn't remember your stations, having to delete everything all over again every time you open the app... smdh
You guys are starting to get greedy trying to make everyone switch to a paying subscription.
