I ordered what I thought was an educational light board as per the video on the site describe as large showing a child using it and it was the size of a large tray. What I received was a small piece of foam smaller than A5, a cardboard template nothing else. Have emailed them several time and all the send is their T&C's and the video has been taken off line. Don't waste your money complete rip off and fraud.

O customer service regarding returns, they put you through a hoop and hope you give up, good luck getting your money back.
After making a purchase on Jillbury.com, on the receipt page I was shown an offer for a greater discount if I ordered a slightly different version of the product. So I purchased the product thinking I could cancel my other order. But no, it was not that simple. Their return policy states:
"After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer support team and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified."
So, I emailed them immediately to cancel the order. Conveniently for them, they never responded. Fortunately I did receive all the items I ordered. I had many back-and-forth emails with their "support" who took days to respond and just gave me the run-around, eventually not responding and hoping I would forget about it. They wanted me to pay for return shipping, but I refused because it was their mistake. They also offered me "10% refund on your purchase price of the full-priced item" to "save me the expense of return shipping." They violated their own policy by not honoring my request for to return the unwanted product for a full refund.
Would never buy from them again and would never recommend them. Cannot be trusted, as it is clear by the other reviews. I will be sure to check Sitejabber before purchasing from another site.
InMay 2020 I placed an order it's July and I'm still waiting They say there was attempt to deliver but yet post office knows nothing about it. It's a scam outfit stay away far away from these thieves.
Do not order from this website, and if you have, then you are aware they are a complete scam! They take your money and send millions of emails saying your package is on the way and they can't do a refund because you have to send back an imaginary package you never even receive! Horrible company!
The company said my shipment was on the way come to find out the tracking number they gave me is useless to the world what do think me personally this site JILLBURY is a scam please stay away anything that is related to JILLBURY stay away do not spend 1 cent with them I am in the process of taking legal action against them

Here's the deal on June 19th I ordered a outline guage from Jillbury. I have no idea if it works or if the quality is good or not because I haven't seen it yet. I'll be glad to revise this review at a later date when I finally see the thing. But it may take a couple months
Order things off this company n they never send you what you order, when you email them they respond and have ever reason why it has not came in give them another week it says if you do not get you items in 21 days they will take care of you n it's been past 21 days n I still have not got what I ordered n they have not made it correct stay away major rip off.
I ordered a product in May 2020 and am still waiting and it's August! Every attempt to contact their support site has ended with the same reply, they have shipped the item and to be patient! Total scam, do not order from this company!
I ordered a light box for my grandchild on May 18 and I have not received it. When I complained they said it is on its way. The tracking number they gave me has not been registered with UPS. I complained to Pinterest and they replied that they would take care of it and someone would be contacting me. No one from Pinterest has contacted me. I recommend that you not order from companies on Pinterest and definitely not Jillbury. I paid $31.00 for the light box and since they have not communicate with me, they must be a scam company.
I ordered the froggy potty for my son on May 22. It has been 6 weeks and no product. They answered the first email and said they have problems with shipping and tracking. When I asked for a refund I got no response.

I ordered a three-pack of teeth whitening pens TWO MONTHS ago on Jillbury after seeing an ad for them on Instagram. Almost directly after placing my order, I started to regret my decision. The order confirmation was nondescript and, going back to the webpage where the product was, I couldn't find a brand associated with it. Not to mention that I received a shipping notification on June 22, but when checking tracking it only showed up as "pending" (it still does if I go back to the link), and yet today this sketchy package shows up addressed from "Joe" (no last name) in Hawthorne, CA. I googled the rest of the address and it also has been reported to the BBB as a potential scam location. The pens had no branding or ingredients listed on the packaging or product. There is no way I would attempt to use them without having a clue what is in them. To the garbage they go! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!
I ordered something from this site a month ago and never received it. LThe phone number provided isnt receiving calls and when you email them they are not trying to resolve anything. They told me since they already shipped my package that they couldn't give me a refund. $#*! yall I will be reporting this Company.

I ordered the wrong size, and have been unable to exchange for the correct size. I was told that Jillbury expects its customers to choose correctly when ordering, and would not except a return or exchange. The item I ordered took forever to get to me, only to be the wrong size. I will just have to eat my $40.
The package took about 3 month to arrive and when it did it was broken. They refuse to give a refund unless I pay to ship it back to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
They keep telling you the item is on its way. It will never arrive, believe me. Thay are based in China and pretend they are in Canada. I got my money back from my debit card issuers. They agreed it was fraud. Avoid like the plague!
Please do not purchase anything from this place, you will never get your order. If you try to contact them not body help you.
I ordered from the company a month ago and never received the order. Tracking started and ended in Shanghai where the package was "delivered by airline". Jillbury doesn't respond to e-mail inquiries and doesn't answer their phone. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.
I ordered my product June 6th. It is now June 25th. Never received it! Didn't get my money back either! From now on I will always buy products made and sold by the USA!
Never received item paid for. Made several attempts to inquire but only received thd runaround. I will be reporting yhem to BBB.
