Kioti Tractors

We bought a brand new Kioti UTV last year at $18,000 to use for our mountain farm. Since early on it makes a terrible grating noise when going downhill (haven't figured it out yet). The driver door is off alignment and has never latched properly, even after having it serviced. The headlights didn't work, even after a tech came to fix them...they worked for a few times and then stopped again. The cables to the tail gate broke in the first six months. And this past week, 2 months out of warranty, the frame cracked and broke apart, making it unusable (will need to be welded). We tried many times to get in touch with the company. Throughout last year (2022) we could never get a response to any attempts at contact including phone and using their contact form. We regret purchasing a Kioti and hope others will benefit from this review.

Hammett RMT has the worst customer service. They are rude and incompetent. I scheduled my tractor service 6 weeks out confirmed the week prior and when I brought it in they did not have it on the schedule and said they didn't even have filters in stock. The employee at the counter was rude and disrespectful. I will never shop with them again.

Took 6 months to fix my 2021 kioti tractor.
3 months alone to take an oil sample.
Dont buy a KIOTI they suck to deal with!
Definitely not from a&e if you need to service the unit in a timely manner!
Stick with something reputable that can actually get serviced in your area in a reasonable time.

A&E Never sent the requested quotes or pictures in 6 months. Communication is via txt "when it works".
Wanted a new cab, Never got the quote. Had a service bulletin warranty repair was totally forgotten about for 6 months. That took another couple weeks.

I Just got the runaround here so be careful.
It will cost you lots of downtime, money and stress
I Should have just bought another tractor and burned the kioti in my driveway for almost the same cost at this point and actually had a tractor all winter….
BRUTAL EXPERIENCE!

I purchase a 2021CK 3510 SC tractor. With 97 hours and owning the tractor two years and three months, the power steering went out coyote refused to help with replacement and I was stuck with a $1200 bill. The bumper to bumper warranty ran out in 24 mounts and the powertrain warranty did not cover the steering.

Have been waiting on wiring harness for 4 months. Dealer said back order from Korea. We have had trouble since the 1st day we bought the tractor new. Why does Korea hold American hostage for parts? Called Customer Service and the employee said " We are told not to answer any phone calls, because of the complaints. The only reason I answered your call was because I thought I recognized the number from a relative " What kind of service is this. My Question is why can't the company take a wiring harness off another tractor and let that tractor sit for months waiting on a back order. My Husband is 82 yrs old and he saved to buy this tractor new. The Dealership refuses to take my calls or return my calls.

I regret I didn't read the review beforehand then I would have told my father not to buy these tractors. Now he lppks not very happy.

I have the ck3510se, with front loader. I've used it with a fork attachment loading plywood and other materials on my construction site. Great small project tractor, seems to be just as strong as my friends old 35 hp kabota. But it's a lot easier to maneuver around with its tight turning radius.

Kioti claims to cover nearly every component in their bumper-to-bumper warranty…. That's a load if miss information and lies. Do your research before purchasing because their warranty ONLY covers the MINIMAL power train items…. And god forbid you need a part out of warranty, that should not have broken on the first place. Customer service and the dealer warranty section stone walls your requests, when in fact they know of only 2 other heater cores that have failed over the past many years. My ONLY regret is purchasing the NX4510, rather attempting to have my tractor serviced shortly after their so called warranty period on a part that should not have failed in the first place. I WILL NEVER recommend Kioti to anyone

Every time we reverse with the tractor we hear a grinding sound and no kioti dealer can't fix it, they don't know what it could be and yet $$$ going out trying to find the issue, I know it's not normal but not much I can do. I bought the tractor used with 2,000 hrs and the owner said it's been like this since he bought it in 2015 and they couldn't find the problem either

She puts everything back onto the dealer and the dealer puts everything back on customer service, it's a never ending battle to get things resolved
Kioti does not offer a mobile service tech to resolve ANY mechanical issues! After spending all this money you still have to pay a wrecker to haul it to a dealer that may have an actual tractor mechanic. Wow. What a pain this has been to get my brand new tractor fixed
Getting a call back from the dealer on repairs, we'll let's just say you won't get one!
Southern tractor in Lufkin texas has had my tractor for over a month now, in this time I've only gotten 2 phone calls from them and the only reason I got them was because I threatened them. The owner is always unavailable and the manager told me that he doesn't have the time to call every customer

My tractor has been down for over 4 months now a waist of over $60,000
As soon as it's fixed and back in my yard it's going up for sale. I'm buying a kabota

Have purchased second hand 2017 Kioti px105 with1700 hours.PTO does not come on have checked electricals on on/off switch and auto manual switches and both have power but when switch on no light and PTO function.

My little Kioti tractor has never given me any issues. I e owned it for a few years. Bought it new in 2019 and it has all but retired my 3000 Ford. I use it for bushhogging, mowing, scraping, digging, plowing, I haven't come across much this machine wouldn't do. Haters are going to hate. There are thousands of these tractors. The people that own them and use them daily. They're all over Facebook, so if you want an honest review or talk to people before you buy, go look there.

I like that each item has a detailed description and here you can always get detailed data on all questions. It's the right approach.

I bought a new compact Kioti tractor a couple years ago and all went well until I had an issue with it two months before the warranty expired... wouldn't start. I'm an older retired fellow and had no need to buy a trailer so I asked the dealership if they could deliver it under these circumstances. No problem, it was delivered the next day. Now, back to the starter problem, having no trailer I asked for a little help from the dealership and got nothing but an abrasive attitude from this owner in Kountze Texas. I tried to find a used trailer that I could resale after the warranty work was done. Having no luck I contacted the Koiti Tractor Headquarters in North Carolina and asked for a short extension explaining my situation. After several emails and a certified letter to them they finally responded with a NO.

Conclusion: The dealership (Hardin County Tractor), in bold letters on their website reads: "Doing Business The Old Fashioned Way"... hmm, don't think so, the old fashion way would have been the loan of a trailer or a drive out to look at the tractor instead of indicating I need to buy a trailer (new approx. $2100) to get my tractor to them for warranty work. And the Kioti Headquaters reads "Whatever assistance you need KIOTI is here to help". "Contact Us". Not so sure about that one either. I did contact them and all I asked for was an extension on my warranty should I not find a trailer in the warranty time frame and the answer was no. The words some use to entice you are often misleading (lies). As a heads up, if you never heard of Kioti, other than a wild dog (coyote) in the bushes, that's good. If you have heard of Kioti, the tractor version, and are thinking about buying one, think hard. There are much better choices and dealers.

I have a ck2610 it is perfect for what I need easy to operate easy to service and always starts even on the coldest days I absolutely love it

I've heard a lot about it before and I can tell you that it has a good reputation for a reason.
Everything is organized, accurate and relatively fast.

Doesn't seem like a bad tractor. I bought it with 800 hours I'm not sure if I would buy another one? I don't think it is a very high compression diesel because using the glow plugs even in the summer starting it quite a bit of black smoke.(Unburnt fuel) No bottom end torque it is a diesel motor, but you have to run it like a gas motor. If you are going up a hill, for example, make sure the revs are up because if you're halfway up and it starts to die off, you can't give it more throttle and expect it to come back to life. My 1950s Massey Ferguson 35 three cylinder Perkins seems to be a lot better POWER and torque? And I hear of the plastic Radiator tanks are plastic and nothing wrong with that except for how they join to the radiator itself Heard of a few tractors, blowing the tanks off them?
