My NEW KIOTI Tractor has been in the shop for 4 months (yes, 4 months) unable to start and the dealer can't fix it after replacing everything on it. Kioti customer service refuses to take a call, call me back, or email me back. All I've been requesting is for them to send a service tech to the dealer so they can help get it fixed. If it's a lemon then replace it. Even the dealer requested a technician and was denied. It feels like they are trying to wait out the warranty instead of standing by your US product.
