THE LIP MASKS LIVE UP TO THE HYPE 100%. I've tried a few other products from Laneige, and to be honest they didn't stand out to me over similar products from a different brand, but the lip masks too. I have chronic dry lips and a little bit of the lip sleep mask before bed has done wonders. It seems a little pricey at first, but each jar lasts me a year so it's worth it.
I purchased an order online and it arrived damaged. I have been in contact with a lady by the name of Dylan via email mail constantly asking about my refund. I was told it takes 14 business days to process, well that time has come and gone and still no refund. She has actually stopped reply to my emails.
I got the water bank set and sunscreen and it works very well! I love how moisturized it made me and the sunscreen was very good!
