This lazada website selling goods and deliver to your home using courier. The apps is very friendly user and very efficient to make a payment to the goods that we bought from them.
Lazada is a poor and incompetent version of amazon.com. Lazada could not handle shipping as they are late all the time nor can they handle customer support as most staff is incompetent, rude and they don't actually ever listen what you are saying. All they know is script based replies and doing as less as possible. Used to have some kind of decency as a platform but this was years ago. Recommend to avoid it at any cost as you don't want to deal with their customer support as its nervewrecking. And you have to deal with them as if you order something, probability is that its late and maybe never arrive. And you cannot cancel your order as they have zero procedures in place to actually handle delays. Useless platform and hope people will understand it soon enough.
An ad for online jobs has been switched via Instagram. I wanted more information about this, but the lady (Emily) with whom I had contact asked me many personal things and said that I had to answer all questions before more information. I have replied in a friendly way that before I disclose personal information, I would like to have more information about the company and the job offer, because in the first step nothing more detailed in the ad was there. And if this is not possible that I would not have any interest. She replied that I should go home and have S*** with my dad and suck his d** and deeply offended me.

1. Bad customer services. They do not have clear policy about what's consider misleading, customer services rep have no authority, they are there to listen ONLY and NOT solve your problems.
2. Dispute team is like a robot, does not have common sense to make simple judgements, very laughable.
3. Questionable product qualities. Lazada does not care what is selling on their site. Anything for $.
4. Sellers take advantages of buyers because Lazada is so lax on their policy and rules.

We bought Great Pharmacy item through Lazada platform and asked for returns due to unmatched advertisement, Lazada refused to pick up the item despite we explain that our location will cost RM120 to the drop off point while the item costs RM138. No other options was offered and limited time to return is 3 days. As we live in isolated area, such requests is very difficult for us to fulfil. We will not buy anything from this website anymore.

Since day one, I had never had a good experience with this company, from delivery e.g. a refrigerator to today a cancelled deliver just because I was not home and was unable to pick up the phone due to work. Last straw! Removing it's App and never ever want to deal with them. So many other companies are sprouting out, Lazada will be on a losing end. Thank God for Shopee! I don't even want to give it a one star rating to be honest!

CS Lazada is a badly managed team, they represent their bosses and one can easily deduct that management is just lazy, non participative in actual customer complaints, CS team is just there to make money either for the BPO that somehow is related to management i.e corruption in plain sight. If there is an actual check and balance the idiots at CS Lazada would not behave like that. My case in particular is that my Lazada wallet can't pay seller. Why? Because CS team themselves have blocked that transaction! The reason being I have done it before and so many times and never faced this abuse, it all happened because their CS sophia( which is a made-up name by Lazada itself) was angry that I pointed out to her she was giving wrong information. This triggered this twat and the whole fiasco started and has gone into day 3. All that time of live chat with me, 3 call's I made to them and Lazada CS specialist(special my foot more like $#*!'s) there was not a single complain no given, why? I only received one call yesterday after 2 day's. Long story short Lazada Management need to be investigated for 1) corruption 2) bullying customers 3) Mismanagement. The Malaysian Lazada No1 need's to be fired, a useless piece of $hit. My email ID is the same ID used for Lazada.

Look what I got from Lazada, sanitary pads out of shape and seals completely broken. After a long exhausting negotiation, Lazada finally agreed for return/refund yet they never came to pick up the return parcel. Made millions of calls to the customer service, all they were doing was procrastinating. Two weeks have passed and still no logistics shows up. It's their strategy to keep stalling until buyers give up.
Given the series of awful shopping experiences with Lazada, I'm very sure that Lazada has no consumer protection mechanism at all! Customers are left on their own the minute orders are placed. And Lazada doesn't care about how many bad reviews they are getting. Is there any law to regulate e-commerce platforms like this? Does Singapore have any Fair Trading Act?

I bought a cage trap on Lazada. When I received the product I found out it has a pysical defect on the making of the product. So I asked to return the product to be analysed by lazada but instead of taking the product to check it. 1.It has been returned to the owner.
2. Lazada asked me by following the seller request to bear the transportation fee when it wasn't my fault that I get a defect product.
The product is not safely made. Sharp on the opening below and up it can cause injury not just to human but also to animal.

I purchase a watch fit, and wrong item was delivered. I initiated refund immediately, but seller came and claim from lazada and pick up. My address was to lazada warehouse, and the goods was returned to lazada ware house in lazada app. After 3 days, suddenly it became pending pick up. Until now I could not get my refund. Customer care was not helpful, keep asking stupid questions, why can't they check their system who change the status of my item and solved the problem? Instead hassle me?
Very bad experience with lazada service, when come the return service. After you pay money, basically hard get money back if item was damage.

Worst online shopping experience with Lazada, truly frustrated and disappointed with their handling of Return /Refund. After my order on 20 June 2023, saw seller has shipped out 22June, few times tracking in "posstore" Lazada shipping partner, no updates in shipment from 23 june till 8 July and finally requested for cancellation & refund and reordered from other seller. Out of sudden the things were delivered on 11 July (21 days to receive my order!) and i only realised seller has rejected my cancellation/return request on 8July. Tried many attempts to return this order due to delayed shipment without tracking updates. Advised from customer service to raise Return request, after seller rejection I sent in dispute order and explained to customer service through calls and chats agent that i selected the return reason "Expired items" out of no other option to choose from. However, few attempts later to dispute but same rejection with same replies I received, there's no "human" effort to really look at the main cause of delay.
All kind of standard system procedures to follow through but ended up rejection again and again. Wasting of my time with their services provided. I will STOP shopping in Lazada.

I ordered 6 pcs of light bulb from supplier. Supplier send me 6 in one box. Unfortunately wrong items. They accept return But Lazada request to send back 6 pcs in 6 separarte airwaybill. I did not aware and put it in one airway with exactly the supplier send me in a box. But system shows that I only returned one pcs not 6 pcs since I did not use out the returned airwaybill generated by Lazada. It is so stupid process I never saw it. I need to call up to request correction. Whole process consume me a lot of time without get right goods as well as handling their stupid returned process. Another order: ************** of same product from same Seller made on 3 June 21, has not been received till todate! Made official complaint via email & Lazada's page and case no. Given. Even with case no. I had to follow-up almost every 2 days on my refund. I messaged Seller on my items, they said Lazada cancelled. It is back to square one! Very bad service!

I buy on line as I like the convenience. I'm never in a rush so I dunt mind even if there is a delay receiving the items. So far I wanted to buy two items on Lazada, after reading one review, I stopped myself, as it was more expensive, it was a 300 percent mark up d seller! The other Ikea item unfortunately I already ordered, later only to find out on Ikea website I could hv saved almost RM40 had I gone to Ikea and picked up d item myself. So always write reviews, read others review, so we know which items are not a good deal to buy on Lazada!

I would've picked 0 star if there was an option. They are one of the worst online shop ever. Do not shop from them! I had to wait for my item for 5 weeks just for the item to be mysteriously "parcel delivered!" but no parcel was actually delivered. Prior to it I had already asked for a refund since the item was not delivered within the time frame but lazada told me to wait another extra week. Dont buy from them! Dont give them that power.

My parcel delivered to Puchong logistics LEX on Monday and it's been there more than 7 days although it's just few km away from my house.
