“Pizza”

gwendolyn b.
9/19/23

My name is Gwendolyn Blue, I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas and when my delivery person brought them to me it was a different charge, because bacon cost extra. I didn't have any extra money just only the amount that I was told to pay. The young lady told me to just leave a review I thank her so much for not taking them back. Thanks Hungry Howie's for being there for me and my family that was our meal for today. This took place on 9/18/2023 at 3:43 pm pizza address is 7628 Sun Vista Way Orlando, Florida 32822 the delivery driver deserves 10 Stars.

I ordered and prepaid $43 for an order I didn't receive. Called the store. It is delivered by DoorDash and once it leaves the store, little Caesars has no contact with them. The DoorDash delivery person never delivers. I get the run around between little Caesars and DoorDash for the rest of the night. DoorDash says they can not say where the dasher left the order is it unknown and little Caesars don't care. Both do not offer a refund or my food. No Customer Service. Little Caesars says that they didn't have the unit number for me, so they are not responsible for a refund or to help get me my order, they didn't care and even the manager said that it didn't matter where the dasher left the order, on the street, in the garbage, if he ate it, all because he didn't have a unit number. Really? If they were missing the payment or had the wrong information, be sure that they would contact me. The dasher called my intercom and never said that he didn't have the unit number and didn't ask me anything, he just never arrived at my door. Such a frustrating night dealing with people that don't care at all. Don't ever feel bad. Little Caesar was paid, the door dasher was paid with tip, my food was gone, everyone got what they wanted except me, no food, no money or refund or credit, NOTHING at all, only a frustrating night that cost me time and money and pure annoyance.

Official sponsor of the NFL, but closed on Sundays? ‍ Makes no sense. Little Caesars could bank on Sundays. Bad business decision.

Two days ago I went to our local location on John Hayes. I go there at 2:45PM and at about 2:55PM, after waiting in line for 10 minutes with only three people other than me, I finally got to order. I paid by credit card and even gave the lady a $10 tip in cash and told her I would be outside in the my vehicle. She said she would bring my order out to me. After waiting over half an hour, I went back in and asked where my order was? She said let me check then after 10 more minutes I was told they gave it to the wrong person and that they would make mine again. I waited an additional 15 minutes to get my order. They labeled it correct but gave me 1 pizza correct and the second. One was something i did not order. She said "it is all correct now". I tried to call the corporate number and all I do is sit on hold. I tried to call the location and they don't answer. This place sucks for service and thew pizza was cold too. The sausage was horrible and I tossed the wrong. Pizza. I even sent a cont act me to the corporate office and I have not gotten a reply to that either. Horrible, discombobulated, disorganized and need I say anymore?

I confirmed earlier at 1:00 pm 7-22-2021 store was open. They said only taking online orders (phone ran for 15 minutes before they would pick up). I said fine would put in order later. Went online around 4:30 pm and onlines were down. Tried to call no answer. West Chicago, Illinois store. I then went online to next closest store in Hanover Park, Illinois, it would only allow orders for 7-23-2021. This is not customer service, by the way when you call it says you can talk to someone to place an order but when you talk to them, they say online orders only. I know hiring is tough but i bought pizzas all thru the pandemic and had no problems, now you have a problem. Terrible just terrible.

The Little Caesar's location on Big Bend Road in a well-trafficked mini-mall in Riverview, FL, is innocuous enough amid the two Chinese takeout, dry cleaners, and Winn Dixie at that location. However, what lies within is a seriously bad pizza experience. I remember in Georgia going to Little Caesar's on occasion for that Crazy Bread and sauce. That was pretty much it. The pizza was take it or often leave it. However, it was inexpensive and affordable to most people. This franchise of the national chain though is in a word 'nasty'. Order a crazy bread and you get a little bag of semi-cooked dough with some parmesan carelessly sprinkled around it. Order a thin crust pep pizza and it's presented to you burned or undercooked. There is no middle ground with this Little Caesar's and all the bad reviews second this. The worst part though are the two staff members who lurk inside to carelessly fix your food, insult you if you complain, and recently, to run out after you cussing you out in front of strangers outside if you ask for a refund after 3 times in which the food was returned after being handed over while still undercooked or inedible. Don't bother calling to complain, because these two don't answer the phone. They just let it ring... If the franchise owner only knew what's happening at his location and how much business he's probably losing... Skip it people... Don't waste time or your money! I would have posted a photo of the cussing manager running out chasing my husband to his car but...

LitleCaesar has no respect for customers
I ordered an order that cost me 29.00 dls (2 pizzas) over the phone for pickup and I asked a friend to pick up my order, and when the order arrived it wasn't mine, 1 pizza came and I spent more than 2 hours on the phone to talk With the manager they don't answer the phone, so if they give you a wrong order you have no way of complaining and there is a lot of lack of respect towards the Fuegians, the employees instead of taking their work seriously they joke around and don't do the job right. Very dissatisfied with the service at this restaurant

For a cheaper and fast pizza Little Caesars is your place. Their pizza is ok but there are others out there that are much better and only cost a little more or about the same. But all in all Little Caesars is ok and their customer service is good, I have never been treated badly there.

6801 Ogden Ave, Berwyn, IL *******

I've been to this location multiple times and this visit was unpleasant and gotten insulted by the manager! 3/31/24 at 11am. I ordered 5 crazy sauce part of my big order and 3 sauces are full and 2 are less than half! I asked the employee to please put a little more as the other 3 are full! She said she cannot because she can get in trouble if she fills a cup?! But the other 3 are touching the lid! I don't understand. She asked if I would like a refund? I asked if she can please fill the 2. She said it's a policy they are allowed to fill to half. Manager came and said I don't like how you're speaking to my employees…. I said nothing to insult or be rude and manager said I was! Also stated the policy to fill halfway is online that's a LIE for a customer who ALWAYS orders online! No where online said only 1 scoop of sauce! Why you holding back the sauce?! Definitely a rip off on the sauce! WOW! AVOID this location unless you want rude customer service and to be insulted and for my money spent I rather go to a different location! Last time going to this location with rude manager that's there AND insults you for asking kindly to fill the sauce in 2 cups that weren't filled! Didn't offer any gratitude and how she sees the sauces filled half and then completely full!

LOCKPORT, IL 08/03/2022: Ordered online for pickup at 11 am at the "pizza portal"... Subsequently, I needed to change the pickup time to 11:30 am. I stopped by the store at 10:30 am, and asked that my pizzas be ready at 11:30 am. instead. I did this so that they would NOT sit around for 30 minutes, and get soggy and rubbery. The clerk asked his manager, and he said okay... Well, when I got there at 11.30 am, the pizza portal had my name, but no pizzas were in it. The clerk instead handed me my pizza that were sitting out... THEY WERE SOGGY, AND RUBBERY... Bottom line, THE MANAGER LIED TO ME...

I went to the Little Caesars located in Manchester, Kentucky. I went on November 20,2019. They had just reopened. I ordered then went outside to wait and no joke, waited almost a hour and they still hadnt brought it out. I went in and the girl couldnt find my order because they had misplaced it. They didnt even have my entire order ready. I ordered two flat crust but got 1 flat crust and 1 $5.00 hot and ready but I was charged for 2 flat crust. I asked for a order of breadsticks and 3 pizza sauce. I only got 2 pizza sauce and was charged for 3. I was supposed to get a 2 liter of pepsi. I didnt get it. I got a order of breadsticks for my trouble that was suppose to be free but, you can guess the rest. After all that, the flat crust pizza was terrible. It was burnt and tasted like it was a month old. The girl that took the order was rude and acted as if it was my fault she messed up. I expected better. We will never go back.

Little caesars cirby/sunrise must be the slowest pizza cookers in the world. Not very friendly, customer service ranges on the border of bad to very very bad. Pizza is good but thats the only pro. Deep dish is not hot and ready and staff tends to give your order to another customer if you wait outside

Poor Customer Service is not Only Insulting - it May be Putting Your Health at Risk

If you are like me then you have seen the steady decline in customer service over the years.

While employees acknowledging customers, and taking pride in the food the products they are selling seem simple enough components of customer service – the truth is they are becoming less and less a part of customer service.

While standing waiting for s employee to finish a loud phone conversation or having to deal with the bad attitude of an underpaid employee are both irritating and regular occurrences in foodservice, they are not exactly putting your health at risk.

On the other hand, being served cold old food that should have been disposed of by employees is more than just irritating - it is placing your health at risk.

According to national foodservice statistics food in the "danger zone" is one of the biggest contributors to foodborne illness.

Yet, foodservice employees are seemingly consistently severing food with in the danger zone to customers.

The danger zone for food is between 40 and under140 degrees. Food in this temperature zone can breed bacteria that causes foodborne illness at a rate that doubles the bacteria every 10 to 30 minutes.

Some may think food that can actually make a person sick would have telltale signs of being dangerous – however, this belief is not necessarily true.

Before bacteria results to spoilage, it is odorless, colorless and tasteless, making the bacteria even more dangerous and is an even bigger reason why foodservice workers should not serve food past the expiration time.

This reason for my concern came about when during a visit to Little Classer's Pizza located at 703 S. Neil St, in Champaign IL, I received a sausage pizza that was visible in the danger zone.

The pizza had no warmth and even an untrained eye could see that the pizza had been at room temperature for hours at the least.

This kind of neglect in customer consideration is what led to the 1993 food poisoning out break associated with Jack in the Box.

While in full disclosure Jack in the Box out break was due to under cooked burgers, the same principle applies to my situation – food being served in the danger zone.

It seems to me that the 732 customers infected from the Jack in the Box out break should be reason enough for Little Caesar's to ensure that all their food is up to temperature.

However the fact that a product with the potential danger to make an individual sick made it to the hands of the public is proof enough that it is not necessarily always enough.

While the stomach cramping, dizziness, body pains, diarrhea and vomiting associated with foodborne illness is bad enough for an individual to deal. The Jack in the Box out break left 178 victims with permanent injuries to organs like the kidneys and the brain.

Add in the fact that the symptoms of foodborne illness are more sever for the elderly, children and people with comprised immune systems and the risk of serving food in the danger zones are greatly increased.

While it infuriated me to have been served such a poor quality product, like pouring slat in an open wound the mangers response to the situation was heartless at best.

I trusted Little Caesar's Pizza with my health, and money, yet when the negligence of the store's employees put both my health and money in danger I was treated as if I was scamming the company for a five-dollar pizza.

I brought my plight to the attention of the corporate office and they did make some attempts to contact me concerning my experience with the store. Even the owner – Michael Paige – made an attempt to get in touch with me concerning the issue.

However, when I was finally able to return calls to the corporate office and the owner, it seems as if they have lost interest in resolving the issue.

It may have only been five bucks, but it was my five bucks and if I spent it expecting something in return, it is reasonable expectations to receive the item that was purchased without having to go back into rain, thunder and lightening to get the quality product advertised by the store, on the first visit to the store.

It has been several weeks since I gave my money for a meal and as of today I still do not have the meal I purchased or a refund of the money I spent.

The entire situation is a reminder to me of the willingness of corporate America to place the health of the public in danger in pursuit of profit.

I also think about if it were I who took five bucks from out of the register of Little Caesar's, I would have been incarcerated. Yet Little Caesar's took five bucks from out of my pocket and gave me nothing of value in return and I there is not much I can do about it.

However I can do this – from this point on I will carry a thermometer and bacteria testing strips with me to every foodservice operation I visit and I will be doing random testing of the food items purchased.

I will record my visits and post the results online and sharing them with local and national news sources in an attempt to shine a light on the dangers of poor customer service.

I will do this in an attempt to make consumer aware of the health risk potential associated with poor customer service such as the service I got from Little Caesar's.

I know all about Little Caesars since I had worked at one when I was a teenager.
The prices are great! This place has friendly employees and the food is always good!
FYI - You CAN ask for a new pizza that was just made. Honestly, most people don't care what pizza they get! They just want to get in and out fast!
I like the service and people at 1220 E Belt Line Rd, Richardson, TX *******.
Keep up the good work!
