“Horrible Customer Service”

I purchased $350.00 worth of merchandise and forgot to add my promo code. I had to email them because they do not have a 1-800#. I emailed them three different times and no one from the company reached out to me. I received part of my order two weeks ago and I still have not received the other part of my order. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again.

Jolly Snowman Advent Calendar is not numbered correctly!
The calendar is numbered 20-24 twice, therefore missing 15-19.
I ordered last January, and opened to fill recently for my granddaughters Christmas, and noticed the error.

I emailed & called MacKenzie child's and they will not refund or exchange advent calendar.
When I called Aurora store they said they were out if stock. I told them I was just at their September sale and they had plenty on Sunday afternoon!
Can't believe they don't stand behind their products, especially with the prices they charge!

I shop at Aurora and Rehoboth and always assumed I was paying for quality, clearly I was wrong!

MacKenzie child policy is to open and inspect with 10days of receiving your packages! BEWARE! If you don't contact them within the ten days there is no refund or exchange!

I could understand if I didn't open to make sure I received the correct product, but when it was clearly a production error, they should stand behind their products!
Very disappointed with MacKenzie child's after years of shopping with them!
