I spent $280 on 400lbs of work out equipment - the tracking info they sent me was only 9lbs worth and it went to a different city. I filed a UPS claim which said they'd reach out to Mall Flash Sale, which I also did 4x by email because their phone number is bull crap. I filed a claim with Paypal and they denied it due to the tracking showing delivered. What a bunch of freaking scammers. So disappointed in them and in paypal for continuing to allow this to happen!

After being ended my claim by PayPal I wouldn't take no for an answer. I showed my "delivery confirmation " which showed a nearby city but not mine. I also ranted over the fact that I know there is others out there reporting them. PayPal actually got my money back, thank god! Those that have been scammed, check your shipping weight listed against the merchandise, i think that sealed the deal on my case to paypal!

I spent US$71 for a Control Board. They sent a tracking number to PayPal but that tracking number was for someone else's product. Somehow they are able to acquire legitimate tracking numbers but the weight of the product was incorrect. FedEx confirms delivery and someone even signed for it, but I never received it. What a scam! I feel so foolish!

I should have known better. If things look too good to be true, then something wrong. Prices were low for good products. They go through PayPal. Somehow they make fake UPS tracking numbers that look legit. But when UPS says the package has been delivered, nothing comes. F. Y. I. if you want to get your money back, You have to NOTIFY PayPal before the package is delivered. Take screenshots of fake tracking numbers and info. Contact them as soon as the fake delivery is made.

Stay away! Purchased through PayPal and got my money back right away. The company used a UPS tracking number that was delivered 200 miles away and get this - showed being shipped 2 days before I ordered - oops so PayPal refunded right away. Why are they still able to use PayPal? Beats me

I ordered a freezer. Shows delivery on 6-30 at 5:45pm for 2.7# of clothing! I was on my front porch at that time and no delivery was made of a freezer. I filed a claim with Paypal, but they haven't been helpful in the past so we shall see what they do this time! So pissed off right now I could spit!

UPDATE: Paypal did absolutely nothing! Since I had used my VISA card, I contacted them directly and they backed me 100% and after a 3 month investigation they issued a full credit to my account. I'm very happy they back their customers, unlike Paypal!

MORE THOUGHTS: These guys were sophisticated enough to have a real UPS label link that took me right to UPS. I submitted everything to UPS to let them know someone was faking their website and issuing fake delivery receipts. I never heard back from them.

Very entwined and sophisticated SCAM. My experience was the same thing as everyone else here. By the way I filed complaint. Paypal sucks at follow up

Ordered a garden fountain from them that never arrived. When I filed a dispute with PayPal, they provided a tracking number for the city of my residence. After a lot of work with UPS, the tracking number tied to another shipper and was for a package to an industrial supplier in my city. PayPal was useless since there was a tracking number, but my bank credit card department is taking it seriously and working the claim. These guys are the most dangerous type of crook as they are sophisticated scammers. If you look at their "customer service" number on their website, it is disconnected. Their physical address ties to any empty lot in a run down residential neighborhood. How they got that tracking number they provided is beyond myself or UPS. They are slick and that makes them dangerous.

My husband ordered my Weider weights with rack, got notification that its been shipped on December 6th. When we tracked the fake fedex number it says delivered to our city on December 5th. We have no package. I would assume it would be a quite large package for 200lbs of weights... I knew the price $189 was too good to be true. Don't fall for it. BIG SCAM

My bigger concern is PayPal Think about it. When you saw Paypal you thought it was a credible transaction. PayPal should have shut this account down the first time it happened. I will never trust PayPal again, I bet they have a lot of "business" like this and that's why they dont want to fix it. They profit off the fake sites while they drag their heels putting a stop to them. Probably because it would disrupt their business model to much to verify credibility of new accounts or to have better SOPs to act quicker on things like this. Their associate blamed me for this. PayPal is no pal of mine

Paid for 3 Ford Escape tires and they never gave me tires or my money back I used PayPal and PayPal was given a UPS tracking # for a package weighing 3.60 pounds ( one tire weighs much more than that) that was delivered somewhere, not to me, after well over 6 hours of filing complaints with BBB Chicago, PayPal, Michigan Attorney General, Federal IC3 FBI fraud department and my bank. I am still waiting for any response from Mallflashsale... I will win this battle someday but how many more hours will I have to put in? Want to give away money? Buy something from them.

They have no merchandise to sell. It's all a ruse. They take your money, provide a fake but somehow real UPS tracking number to prove they delivered, so you are unable to get your money back, even though you didn't receive anything for your money. The email address and http addresses they provide on the receipt are totally fake, as are the phone number and address on this web site. If you buy anything from this site, kiss it goodbye. You will never see it again, and you will not receive anything for it. A word to the wise is sufficient.

Like many others I placed an order but got ripped off... For some reason as soon as I placed the order a little voice in my head said "Google" that site and boom I see everyone's reviews. I should have know better... So, a few weeks pass by and sure enough I got a UPS delivery notice it was delivered to "woman at door"... Yeah ok, I used my work address and we don't have any women working in our office. Not to mention it said delivery weight was 3.25 lbs... Funny like a few others i order a 150lb weight set... Weeks later I got a email from Paypal to review my purchase and replied that I wrote it off as a lesson learned and wasn't holding by breath about getting a refund since everyone has said they were screwed over... I also added I was planning to close my Paypal account because I assumed they had some sort of qualification procedure for Vendors... Well to my surprise I actually just got a refund 2 days ago for the full amount... Dont' give up... Thank you Paypal...

I spent $71 for a foosball table, and they sent a box to another address, but ups won't tell me the other addres, and person it was sent to. Also, their phone don't work, nor do they have an email.
Ups says it was delivered, to another address... but i paid for it. It is utterly ridiculous, that ups won't help, when i have the order with the tracking number.
And paypal, says they have to give the seller a month to respond.
The jokes on me... i guess, for thinking it was a legitimate web site.
Why are all these companies (Ups, paypal) playing along with them?

The FBI should be looking into this company. No telling what else there hacking into. PayPal should reopen all cases involving this company and rule in the buyers favor. Then close their account.

I ordered a $125.00 item before checking out these reviews, and got the same result as the first reviewer. I was immediately notified that the order was received and being processed, which meant that I could not cancel. Then within a few hours, I received a notice that the item was delivered at my front door 6 days prior to me placing my order! I also got a confirmation of delivery! I tried contacting the Seller, website address no good, website telephone contact number does not exist, and worse yet, no response from Paypal except contact Seller, with an e-mail address on their invoice that is undeliverable. Then my Paypal case was denied because "I made a purchase that was consistant with my past purchase history". Next move because I was now angry, I filed a case with my credit card company used by Paypal for this transaction and was told that they would investigate. In the meantime, Paypal limited\froze my decades old account due to the fact that I reported the purchase (Scam) to my credit card company. What a mess! This site owner has all avenues covered so that " legitimate UPS delivery information along with UPS delivery driver confirmation can be supplied to any paying entity (credit card) so that they can legitmately deny to refund your money, while you get no product. I am not done yet, and am confident that I will prevail and receive my money back and more importantly, take down this website and Scammer. As for the other mentioned entities, the jury is still out. STAY AWAY from this Seller!

Complete scam, ordered a freezer (57.9 lbs) shipping slip claims 5lb box as delivered... 3 days before i even ordered it! Am seeking paypal help for refund. DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM HERE

I thought i was getting a good deal but i have sent numerous e-mail asking for my parts. All i am getting is cricket. I will never buy from them again. I got the feeling this website is a scam.

If I could do 0 stars I would. It said it had been shipped and never got it. This needs to be shut down
