A lot of mixed reviews on this company so I figured I'd share the good experience I had here. Ordered the Project Minotaur on 5/03 and received on 6/01. First of all for everyone complaining about the long wait; there is a massive chip shortage going on worldwide, so it's literally not there fault. They are moving as fast as they can just like every other pc company, so just be patient or go buy an overpriced oem system off Newegg or best buy. The PC itself is fantastic and has not had any issues to speak of running triple A titles at max settings. The packaging held up fine with no shipping damage whatsoever. I have not tried contacting their tech support yet but based on the experience so far, I would assume it is great. The picture I posted shows all of the actual hardware.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure to remove the packaging from inside the PC when you get it before turning it on.

I have the Project Griffin PC and its honestly way better than I expected. The only upgrade I added was a 240GB SSD and it helps games load faster from what I have seen. Max ferris has really good PCs for the price but they do take a while to arrive right now because of what's going on with computer chips. Mine arrived in about 2 or 3 weeks when I ordered in January, to me it is was definitely worth the wait.

Tip for consumers:
If you live in a busy area where there is package theft and want the package signed off just call MFT and tell them to upgrade your shipping to require a signature on delivery so no one steals it (thats what I did).

Ordered Pc very early and got it like 5 months late. It was not at all like the picture. Also got windows 10 trial not even pro license. If you sell a pc at least include windows. Pc is not at all like advertised. Says 2 HDMI ports only includes 1. Missing many ports. Also back is completely bad placement-wise. Completely empty shell and visible damage. This company is horrible. Just build your own pc.

Tip for consumers:
Scam. dont use it.

A year later and I'm still thinking about how awful this "company" is! Just reread my multiple emails regarding our purchase and looking back I wish we followed our gut and didn't follow through with it. From lack of communication, finger pointing, damaged product upon arrival, late shipment and the list goes on! Stay FAR FAR Away!

These dude who run the website are scammers. The computers that they advertise in the pictures are not the real computers. They take the pictures from other real websites. Also if you want to leave negative review for them being scammers... Sorry you can't they delete any negative reviews so they look better. Go buy from a better known company that won't scam you.

Yup, Maxferris Technology is a scam. A buddy of mine recently bought the "Project Minotaur" gaming PC from their website. This certain PC includes & advertises that it's installed with a 1660 Ventus XS. However, when my friend received the PC (which took 3 months to be delivered), it was installed with a GTX 980. A graphics card that released 6-7 years ago. The GTX 980 is $548 on Amazon at the time of this post. Which believe me, isn't cheap. However, the 1660 Ventus XS is $767 on Amazon right now. My friend got scammed out of $219 by this company.

This isn't the only issue. My friend contacted the company asking why they installed a different graphics card. You might think it was an accident or they had miscommunication at the company, but no they intentionally put the GTX 980 into this PC without contacting my friend about the swap, nor even offering a refund, or a longer delay to install the right GPU. They blocked my friend via Instagram when he told Maxferris about the situation. A couple of hours later, they unblocked him and proceeded to tell my friend that "we have hundreds of customers who received their PCs with slightly different GPUs." Admitting to the fact that they have scammed hundreds of customers with downgraded GPUs. Also, stating that they install "slightly different" GPU's isn't valid when the difference of these specific graphics cards are $219. They also deleted my 1 star review about this situation to keep their ratings up and no where is it stated that due to Covid-19 that you will receive a totally different GPU, only that deliveries will be delayed.

After my friend had a conversation with Maxferris, they said that they could no longer assist him and if he needs anything else to contact their technical support team. I will add that their "technical support team" doesn't and will not respond to him. DO NOT buy from this company, they will downgrade and cut corners. If you have already received a prebuilt PC from Maxferris Technology, I urge you to check your GPU to see if it is in fact the correct GPU as advertised.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from Maxferris Technology.
