Bought some lift tickets for skiing one weekend, but due to weather, we were unable to go. The resort was agreeable to have us change the date, but memberdeals/TicketsatWork absolutely refused to assist me. Whatever amount of money you save here is not worth the risk, and trust me in the end if/when it doesn't work out, you will lose it all. Your time, money, and peace is precious. Don't waste it with Memberdeals.

Bought some lift tickets for skiing one weekend, but due to weather, we were unable to go. Whatever amount of money you save here is not worth the risk, and trust me in the end if/when it doesn't work out, you will lose it all. Your time, money, and peace is precious. As a 3rd party, the ticket is considered a final sale. The park finally agreed that the guest could use the ticket for another date or cancel and we would rebook. The guest is aware what he needs to do to get the proper tickets he needs as we tried every avenue for him to assist with this issue.

I bought football tickets through GOVX and was transferred to membersdeals.com. I spent over $2000.00 for tickets. Paid for refund insurance. I paid with a credit card and filed a dispute. Members deals refuse to refund my money. Ticketmaster has no record of the tickets. I called multiple times and kept getting the run around now I am pursuing legal help in addition to filing a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Every review is negative including mine. Tried to contact insurance and got nowhere.

The guest bought Preferred Access tickets that are of a final sale and bought from trusted brokers. As stated on this section of our website the price of the vouchers can be higher or less than face value. However, with his benefits we sell, parks, hotels, and shows to name a few which are less than the venue price. We reached out to the broker to see if he can get the tickets before the "in hand" date since the game is in December.

Thought we were getting discounted tickets from GovX. Think again. Majorly price gouged and the seats were practically nosebleed. Absolute rip off, totally disappointing and broke my heart to have my son be scared to sit so high up in steep seating. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. BUYER BEWARE.

Tip for consumers:
That it was in no way affiliated with GovX and takes advantage of the trust one has to b3 honest and forthright especially when being associated (allegedly) with a military based organization. Highly misleading.

I purchased the a city pass for my wife's birthday. We used 1 day last week and and stuck in a bad rain storm and poor weather the rest of the weekend and was unable to use the other 2 passes for that weekend so we came back the following weekend and was told our pass expired when we should have had 7 days from the first use. Called customer service asked for a manager after being told our refund for the others attractions where Subject to approval and he was not helpful either. So needless to say a waste of money and a hour and a half drive. Overall very disappointed with the service will not use again

We apologize but once the pass is used you would have to use it before it expires. The pass does advise that rides and attractions are subject to cancel especially during weather. However, please provide us an order and we can reach out to see what can happen.

They will show a "discounted rate" on hotels, but the fine print will say the hotel is going to charge you a "resort fee" or a "facility fee" when you get there. It says that's already included, but it's not included in the price. Those fees are also not charged when you just book at the hotel through the hotel site. Their customer service will essentially tell you to get bent and that the "case is closed" and won't respond. Initially, they wanted me to provide proof I had to pay that, then just told me to get bent.

We apologize but as advised we are not held responsible for the charges that hotel may charge. It is on our terms of sale. We even advised the charge that the hotel has charged and advised this is what the hotel is advising us per the supplier. As advised in our terms of sale we are not held responsible for any fees that the hotel charges when checking in and every booking has different prices and fees depending.

I bought tickets during COVID-19 and was unable to use them. The park was close, they won't reinstate or refund us. Just heartless!

We apologize that your wife accidentally booked the wrong hotel. As a 3rd party, we contacted the supplier to see if the booking could be changed or refunded and the request was denied. We highly recommend that our guests book refundable rooms if they need to make a change. We apologize if there were issues on the phone. We will definitely investigate this and see if there were any issues to this matter as all calls are recorded. We will also check again with the supplier and see if the refund can be approved which is not a guarantee.

I purchased (8) knotts berry farm tickets for xmas for our 5 kiddos, our flight got canceled xmas morning so we were unable to take our vacation. I filed a claim xmas morning with them and MEMBERS DEALS has continuously said they are "working on it" (aka using a stall tactic) to not refund our money and to make things worse when we called to check status today they said they can't find our original claim, how flippin' convenient, good thing I have the original email from them December

Will never again use memberdeals.com (military discount site), to purchase tickets again. I bought the tickets August 4th for a family recreation trip on Friday 8/18, After Hawaiian water park in Waco cut their days to Saturday and Sunday's only this week, website didnt reflect this change in schedule. Memberdeals.com refused to give me my $265, After emailing them this was their condensenting sorry excuse:
I am writing to follow up on your previous inquiry regarding Order #*******. It is my pleasure to further assist you.

Your requests are very important to us. For this reason, we have exhausted every avenue in advocacy of your refund request. Regrettably, the refund is unable to be issued. The tickets are still valid until September 10,2023.

As this purchase was made as a final sale product, we are unable to cancel, modify or exchange the tickets in any way. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

California. Got to the car rental place and we wait over a hour and a half for the vehicle. We get to the service desk and they advise us we can't take the vehicle out of state. I've rented cars a hundred times and never heard of this issue. So we call Member Deals. They tell us we don't get a refund because it's past the pick up time.WE WERE IN LINE FOR A HOUR AND HALF! Not to mention the 34 minutes we waited on hold with Member Deals. So don't waist your money on this place. It's a scam that cost us $547

If the information is listed on the terms of service to which they cannot take the car out of the area then that can break the terms of sale to which they got the car for. I went to research a hotel package from govx.com, a trusted website. I was then sent to "Member Deals" for the purchase. My presumption was this company was as credible and awesome as govx.com. I was wrong. I was researching multiple websites to add a few more days to our Vegas vacation. Member Deals APPEARED to have the best deal so, I went with them. Imagine my surprise when upon checking in to the hotel, I got hit with resort fees. I did not see anywhere that the package I purchased from Member Deals did not include EVERYTHING. I have been going back and forth since check-in (8 days ago) with them. Member Deals kept telling me to contact the hotel for any refunds. Of course the hotel is not giving me any refunds, and Member Deals isn't helping at all. Lame. I will NEVER use this "company" again and will ensure that govx.com knows how horrible they are.

I bought 8 tickets for a Red Sox game on 8/26 at 4:10. We had friends visiting from Japan and this was a big deal for them to go and see. We bought nice tickets and paid $1260 for all 8. Right after we bought the tickets (6/15) we received an email saying we had received our tickets. We never double cheeked the quantity sent until we went to get everything squared away at noon on 8/26. We had only been sent 4 tickets- not 8.

I then called member deals at 12:45. I talked to someone who said the issue would be resolved between 1-3 hours. I said resolved meant getting the tickets – they said yes. They sent me an email that said it would be resolved or I would be contacted with an update between 1-3 hours later. No one every contacted me nor was it resolved.

My mom then called back at 3:45 to figure out where my tickets were – that call was dropped and then had to call in another time. Once she got someone they said they still hadn't been released by the seller and they were 'working on it'. She said the game started at 4:10 and she needed a refund or the tickets so we could buy more tickets at the gate. She stayed on the phone with them until 4:15 at which point she gave up because the game started and they wanted to get in. Short version is neither happened- we didn't get tickets, and we didn't get refunded.

There is also no disclosures on the site that say they tickets may not be delivered. They said you will receive the ticket before the game. They provided no assistance or follow up that it actually happened.

I have been trying to get a refund for those tickets not delivered and they just denied my claim saying I 'received the tickets'. I did not receive the tickets and their team even confirmed I did not receive. This is a SCAM.

Even though the seller sent us the proof of transfer on all tickets we still took a loss and refunded the customer in full. They already got the refund as we can tell on our end.

I bought a Great America ticket through GOVX and was transferred to membersdeals.com. The ticket never came to my email I tried to get a hold of somebody and could not, I had to buy another ticket at the park. The next day I finaly got a hold of someone Members deals refuse to refund my money. They did try multiple times to send me the ticket and still it never came threw, still they refused refunding my money. After the 4th or 5th time they sent it I did get them but still I already went I just wanted the ticket because I paid for it. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Every review is negative.

I booked a hotel at Las Vegas and was charged full amount by memberdeals. The day I showed up to the hotel the hotel tells me members deals cancelled my reservation. Memberdeals refuses to return my money since they charged me the full amount and cancelled my reservation without my knowledge. I submitted claim and they closed the claim and refused to issue credit or a refund. I submitted a second claim and all they do is stall for time and refuse to come up with a solution. Save yourself some time and money and don't book or buy anything through them. And as I can see other reviewers have similar problems. Stalling for time and refusing to give back money.

MemberDeals make their money off of people NOT being able to redeem their codes/tickets. You can't get a REFUND or EXCHANGE! They will claim it's "EXPIRED." I bought a discount Sam's Club membership code off of T-Mobile Tuesday from them. There was NO mention of the code having an "EXPIRATION DATE". I bought it March, 19,2023. I get an email saying I haven't redeemed it in November 17,2023. Okay, I will redeem it the following year so, I can reap the full benefits for a whole year. Well, I tried to activate it. The price goes from $0.00 to $50.00. Saying the promo didn't do the trick, try again or go ahead (as in just pay $50). I call them & the representative BLATANTLY LIED to me saying the promo code expired in JULY. Telling me it's on the email. She resent the email saying it next to my order #. When she ran out of excuses to make it was "oh we're a third party & your code EXPIRED is the reason why it doesn't work". If it so called "EXPIRED" in July why did they send me an email in November telling me to redeem it. The original email doesn't have an expiration date. I read the terms & conditions multiple times. The only solution the rep offered was to help me purchase another one. MemberDeals already screwed me over once. I looked them up on BBB MemberDeals / Member deals is NOT ACCREDITED and their rating is an F. I have attached screenshots of the emails so, you can see for yourself the type of scam artists they are. STAY AWAY FROM Memberdeals /Member deals!

The hotel I was staying at gave me a refund because it was for the wrong dates and I rebooked. Members deal won't give me my money back! They say they'll give me $100 on a $700 room! This is theft!

TL;DR: this website is a hotbed of scammers, and the company takes no responsibility, denying refunds when it's clear they've been used to scam a customer.

Full Story: Never buy tickets through this website. I get access to MemberDeals through my employment with Meta and I used them to buy 8 tickets to a Yankees/Padres game on May 26th. We paid $338 for 8 tickets a few weeks before the game. When I got the link to accept the tickets, clicked on it, and it showed an error "seller has cancelled the transfer". I called MemberDeals and they resent the link to the tickets, but it still showed as a seller-cancelled transfer. I called again and they said they'd work with their partner to resolve it, but the game was in 3 hours. They said they would resolve it before the game. They never did. I emailed them asking for an update, and they said they'd get back to us in 72 hours. We had to pay $645 for same-day tickets in the same section. Memberdeals emailed me every 72 hours for the next 2 weeks and 3 days. Then they said the purchase was final sale and I was not eligible for a refund. I am in the process of calling and calling to try to speak with someone who can refund my purchase, but I believe they should also refund me the purchase of the new tickets since it was THEIR error that caused me to incur the cost. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Avoid at all costs! Dealing with them has been so stressful. I purchased 3 tickets to SeaWorld while the "eat free" promotion was going on. I received the tickets, but they did not have the meal vouchers. SeaWorld directed me to Memberdeals and Memberdeals said I didn't have a meal voucher on my ticket. I waited on hold with them for at least 30 minutes just for them to tell me I didn't have the vouchers, even though I told them that was the issue. I should have had the vouchers. The employee gave me an email address to send screenshots to and I received an automated reply saying that email address is not monitored and to submit a request through the website. I was told that it would take 72 hours to receive a response. After 2 days I finally received an email from someone asking for said screenshots. The same email said it would take 72 hours for them to review my screenshots. Now here I am 74 hours later with no response. Any deal you think you might get is not worth it. Just go directly through the vendor or a travel agent. I booked 2 hotels and purchased tickets for three different theme parks and this is the only one that had any issues. If you look at Google reviews, you will find horror stories as well.
