Great service at Michael Kors online. I ordered a purse and it was shipped almost immediately after I placed the order. My payment went through quickly and I received email updates every step of their process. Quality of the purse I received was excellent and no different than what is in the store. Item was clearly shown on website and I received exactly what I thought I had ordered. No surprise as the description was completely accurate and the pictures online were as well.

So, I ordered a tote and a large wallet from these people. When the order arrived, only the tote was delivered and the wallet was missing. When I contacted them to inquire about the undelivered wallet, they said that they were out of stock and advised me to pick another item. I never heard back from them after that. There is a gmail email address available but did not respond when I requested for a refund since they didn't have the product I ordered. They took my money and did not deliver. As if that was not enough, the tote got broken after two (2) uses/ in less than a month of ownership. If there was an option of not rating with a star I would choose that one :(. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO OWN IT FOR JUST A WEEK!
