The idea of ordering your lenses online is great. Their final product is good, but the actual process takes much longer than what the company claims. It took over 1 month for two pairs of lense replacements for an extremely low single vision prescription. Customer service is not good and provides canned responses with information you can already see online for your order. Your lenses arrive at the lab quickly, but sit. You can see when the frames arrive at the lab. The company states completion 4-5 business days upon arrival to their lab, but it does not honor that. I believe the only reason I received mine back when I did is because I contacted the Better Business Bureau due to lack of updates and being told my order will be completed in 4-5 days after sitting for weeks at their lab. There are other online retailers and some with better pricing. Save yourself the headache and use a different retailer if you want your glasses returned in under a month.

Takes over a month to receive your glasses; it’s not 4-5 business days

This is the first time I've ordered lenses online and was afraid that I would have the wrong information.
The only thing is I had a Promo code from the seller and I used yours. I believe the sellers was a bigger discount.

I purchased online with Soma. I bought both panties and 1 bra. I purchased the panties during one of their promotions and the bra at full price ($60). Shopping online is a lengthy experience due to a poor setup of their site. The filters do not work so you have to go through every item to see if it's available in your size. It seems that you filter your size, which it doesn't know that the items are unavailable. You can't filter by style or by collections either, so why have this function on the site? The selections are limited and very few choices of colors because nothing is available but 1 or 2 colors and chances are not in your size. My order arrived quickly and I was satisfied with everything but the bra. It was nothing like the picture and was made of cheap ivory mesh (like a tinted net). It was the only bra in ivory, but almost all the panties were ivory based, so don't expect to match your bras and underwear! I returned the bra and found no substitute in the boutique, so my money was refunded.
I had another order which I had placed a day later and was a bit surprised by what I received. The medium panties were all different sizes and not 1 one was consistent, all were different sizes of mediums. A few of them looked nothing like the online picture. Two of their medium hipster cheekies were like reverse thongs (looked like a landing strip in the front), so I decided I wanted to return them and find something else in the same price. I contacted their customer service chat and the individual did not comprehend English well and had no idea what I wanted and did nothing to help assist me. She offered zero suggested options to exchange. I was also told that you cannot exchange items, and the only exchanges are for the exact same product- which I hated! Common sense would be that they process the return and offer different styles available that the customer may like (another sale item in the same promotion?) but this is not how they do business. You have to spend hours looking for something instead of someone assisting you despite asking for help. I gave up with the chat since all I received were canned responses and went to return the items at the boutique. The employees in the boutique didn't want to pull up my information and the return took awhile because they really didn't want to process it despite Soma stating you can return at the boutique. I asked for assistance to find a couple panties and was told they have none! There were bins of the sale items right there! I was going to look at the items, but changed my mind once the worker told me they had s change to their donation and rewards policy- claiming for your donations you can only spend them on bras. This is not true; I checked online and that's not the policy. I contacted customer service through email and explained the difficulties I had communicating with the chat representative, told them about the store experience, showed them the policy, asked what the policy is since I'm told online is not correct, and asked for assistance yet again. I received several emails from customer service, all with the exact canned responses! Not answering any questions or assisting me with my purchases. The emails were condescending and rude. I don't think Soma cares about customers or additional sales. I highly recommend doing business elsewhere; there's plenty of other bras and panties sold online for cheaper and better quality. I'm sure they'd be happy to boost their sales.

Tip for consumers:
The filter function for sale items is useless. You filter for size medium and you’re shown XL. Very time consuming.

Ordered a purse and a wallpaper from Kate Spade surprise. Received my items in two separate shipments a day apart from each other. The quality was great and I received my order in a reasonable amount of time.

Great service at Michael Kors online. I ordered a purse and it was shipped almost immediately after I placed the order. My payment went through quickly and I received email updates every step of their process. Quality of the purse I received was excellent and no different than what is in the store. Item was clearly shown on website and I received exactly what I thought I had ordered. No surprise as the description was completely accurate and the pictures online were as well.

I ordered a pair of lashes and the Hello KittyBlack magnetic eyeliner. I'm new to using magnetic eyelashes and I had problems with the eyelashes staying on. I received an eyeliner that must have been defective because I did everything as instructed, but they just wouldn't stick. I contacted customer service to find out what I'm doing wrong and the representative said it was the eyeliner and that Glamnetic would send a replacement and if I'm still having problems once I receive the new liner to contact them. The agent was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was a very good experience dealing with Glamnetic and I highly recommend their lashes and eyeliner. I've had no issues once I used the replacement. Great customer service!

I went online on a Sunday (which was also an holiday) and ordered a pair of size 6.5 shoes. I verified my order before I paid and later that day I received an email that my order was processing but it showed for a size 5. I thought this must have been a mistake, so I tried to cancel the order and then order again. I received a message that the order could not be canceled because it was in processing and to contact customer service if I had any questions. First thing Monday morning at 9:00 am I contacted customer service. Had to wait quite awhile before a representative spoke with me. The customer service agent stated that the order I placed was for a size 6.5 but there were limited quantities in the warehouse and their system automatically defaults to a size 5. I asked if I could cancel this and was told it already shipped and I'll receive a size 5. I asked why it was shipped when I didn't order that and was told it's just an automatic default, so I could go back online and re-order and hope to get the correct size but chances were I'd still receive a size 5 again. She told me when I receive my shipment I could return the item. What I learned is that not only do I have to pay for the shipping, but also a restocking fee as well for an item I did not order and clearly won't fit. Had I listened to the customer service representative I'd be paying for both restocking fees! Beware if you order from their website because you may end up with a surprise size 5! Should I receive the correct size I'll update my review.

Tip for consumers:
Returns are not free and you also have to pay a restocking fee. Also if items are low in quantity in the warehouse, they automatically default to a size 5.

Coach Outlet showed an item as available on their site and I ordered from it. I received an email from Coach saying based on your past purchase here's an item you might like which is what I purchased. Then I received an email stating my order is delayed and when I went to the site it showed the item as available at a much higher price and when I went to my account it showed as backordered. I contacted Coach and was told they aren't getting anymore of the item I ordered and they're sold out! I had to contact them and had to ask for compensation but was offered only $25 and no explanation about their email or anything. When I checked my bank it showed as a pending action from Coach. After contacting Coach the bank no longer shows the transaction. Then they canceled my order. Funny how the item was available when I ordered and after their claim it was backordered. Totally false advertising!

Don’t use the online shopping with Coach Outlet
