Claim Your BusinessI made a purchase may 24th 2022 I was told the product was shipped and woukd be available for pick up on the 3rd of this month. The site don't say anything about a time difference. However, on the 3rd the package wasn't in the mailbox I called today again, how nasty was the person who answered says call back during buisness hours. I stated to her then what is the best time she says call back when someone will be avail I said you told me that two days ago the person says evidently you don't get it I told her you don't get it. Then I just cancel the order she replied why would you cancel your order, then go ahead try it if you can. Now what type of customer service are you dealing with that can talk to customers who spending money with your company. If anything this would have become an issue after a customer has called and stated the problem had not been resolved I would have at least taken a number and given it to the sales dept and rather not be nasty. I'm not sure if the owner us aware of this. But the Bbb will definitely be notified of this. Consumer services as well.
I placed an order and chose 4 installment payments just in case I needed to stop payment. I've ordered other products with installment plans and always had my product before the second payment. My second payment is coming due and still no products so I went on affirm website and stop payment. That way if I get nothing, they won't get nothing. If the products eventually show up and I'm pleased with them, I'll go back and pay in full. But since they offer no refunds or exchanges, if I'm not satisfied, I won't pay the rest of the amount. So buyer beware. And when I looked them up on the internet it said they were permanently closed! And the place looked like a motel where they were located.

I don't even know where to begin. These ppl are the biggest con artists that I've ever come across. U will not get what u pay for, u will not get ur money back, and in the end u still won't get what u paid for bc they are going to send u whatever they want u to have. If that's not bad enough they are selling u other ppl products and charging and extra 20 to 30 dollars for it. I am begging u PLEASE don't do it PLEASE it is so not worth it... I wasn't allowed to rate them a negative 5 so I had to give them the closest thing to it
I order a kit and pay $169 and my package came incomplete, my east trainer was 3 size bigger. I call the company and dispute it. She told me if I want the rest of my product I have to pay $30 for it please don't order here
If I could give them no stars I would. Purchased this piece of crap and it tore soon as I put it on. I only weigh 125 and they told me I needed a large. Reporting to BBB.
I order a waist shaper that I paid 70 dollars for which they originally wanted 130 for and did not get what I paid for and they have the nerve to say no refunds or exchange what kind of business is this
