Don't ever buy from this scam website. They post dresses and end up shipping out something totally different style and color wise as well. Tried reaching out for return and refund and the person messaging back was disrespectful with no help what so ever. Paid almost $300 on a dress that looks nothing like the image they have posted on their website. SCAM BEWARE! Pictures below show what I ordered and what I received.

My dress came today and it is so horrible, I can't even express how disappointed I am. Nothing like the picture on their website at all. The dress has two seams which you can see from the bust to mid length of the dress. Same seams shown in back. The built in cups are crooked and can't be moved at all. Please never buy from this scam company based in Hong Kong.

Do not buy with missac. The dress that I bought was so stiff and ugly. Nothing like the pictures. U cannot return they play games with you when returning saying it's expensive to return in a hongkong address that I have to pay for clearance tax. They reply every 2-3 days. The ending this is fake store.deceiving ad that easy return in 14 days. It's fake

Purchased a reception dress with sparkles. The product quality is very poor and all the sparkles were scattered on the floor. The customer service telephone does not work, if you need to communicate e-mail is the only option.

I want to do a return and have been communicating with company for over a week. Now, I have to pay shipping to China. Totally not worth it.

Think again before you buy.

Bought a dress, colour was not same as on website, decided to return same day, that's when th S%#T hit the fan!
They asked pictures of the dress with a tape measure, then told us we had to pay additional shipping of 50$ (what!) to Japan? Offered 20$ to keep it, at the end surpassed 30day policy. Never returned (no star rating)

They are scammers. They dresses they feature on website are only for show. You will receive poorly made and poor fabric nothing as described. These dresses are made somewhere in China and it will take more than a month to arrive. Refunds? Forget it! Never again pay almost $200 for a junk made in China.

I order a formal gown for a black tie tie gala and when it arrived it looked nothing like the pics on website. I thought It was me, I let a friend try it and we figured out it was defective. Sewn wrong with split in wrong place. Nothing at all like advertised photo. This placed should be banned from selling to US Customers because they are a rip off and will not contact you back via CS until after the 14 day return policy when they have a million and one excuses. I'm searching for a way to review on the site but have not been able to find one. I wish I had found you all before I was scammed.

Do not order from this company they do not honor their refund policy! My daughter ordered a wedding dress and it was poorly made and to little in places and to big in others. Did not order custom made so should have got a refund but they refused. Followed all the rules for a refund and they wouldn't refund her. So she has a dress now that she can not wear! Once they get your money you will not see it again for any reason!

I ordered a dress in September 2023 for my daughter's wedding. When it finally arrived in a small battered package from China, it was of poor quality and not as pictured. I have tried to return it but can't even get Customer Service to respond to my e-mails. It has passed the date for returns and I am stuck with this horrific dress.

Once I finally received the dress I did I did not like the quality

I ordered a dress from this site without reading the reviews! BIG MISTAKE! I went to my seamstress, who is amazing, and she gave me the size to order for a custom dress, so I didn't have to get it altered! Well, after it arrived a month late from my latest expected delivery date, after many emails asking where it's is, it did not fit! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I ordered from this site because I loved the dress, but I was stupid for not reading the reviews. I thought that by giving my custom size, it would be ok. NOPE! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, buy anything from this website!

Lots of false advertising and terrible dresses.

Be extremely weary of this so called company - Its a Scam

I wish I read the reviews before I placed an order with my hard earned cash. I ordered a wedding dress late one evening. After getting up the next morning I decided that it was the wrong dress for me so cancelled it immediately, via the online chat. The agent reassured me that the cancellation notice will be sent to the correct department and that someone will get back to me. After 3 days, I received an email asking me for the time I need the dress. I explained that I had notified that I no longer need the dress and that this was done within less than 24 hour. Its now 16 days and I still have not received my money back. I know that I have a legal right to change my mind and this was done within 24 hours, so, I needed my money back.
To my dismay, with another 2 days from the date of their response they sent me the following;
"Dear Customer If you do not need the item in your order, you may find another one that you love on our website, and we can do the replacement for you.
So shall we hold this order and make the change when you have the final decision? If so, we can offer
1) A 10% coupon code for your next purchase from us
OR
2) A 5% refund of the items value"

I already told Missacc that I need to cancel the order, and yet they came back to ask me to choose a replacement and to my dismay offering me 5% OF MY MONEY BACK as an alternative...
This is illegal and I will be contacting trading Standards UK about this and Missacc is breaking UK trading laws.
In the UK Under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Sale of Goods Act 1979, I know that as consumer who has purchased goods via an online platform that I have the right to cancel the contract and claim a refund without giving any reason or justification and without incurring any liability (unless exceptions apply) within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. I have not even received the goods, because I changed my mind within 24 hours.

Please think carefully before buying from Missac. I am still waiting for a refund and a confirmation that they will be returning my money.
