I left my keys at work one day and called the emergency moorview number so that someone could let me in. There was no answer and I called more than 10 times over hours and there was no response, it just started going straight to machine. If I didn't have friends to take me in I would have been screwed. It's days later and the emergency number never phoned me back, no one phoned me back or responded to my messages

This company engages in bait and switch scams. I had responded to an advert for an ensuite room in Plymouth for £440 a month. The landlord had posted the advert, but had used Moorview lets to handle the actual rental. I visited the property and expressed interest, then the agent told me the property rents for £550 a month. I explained the property had already been listed for £440 a month by the landlord and the advert was still live. In short, Mooreview lets did a bait and switch. The property was offered for £440, but refused to honour the advert and told me the price was £550. These people are not trustworthy and I recommend avoiding them.
