I had good experience with this site. I ordered the sign for 449.00 that i was looking for a looooong time. Day after i got a call and was told that sign is not in stock but they can get it with 2-4 weeks. Little over 2 weeks got the sign. Perfect condition Thank you Myneonhaven.com! Scott

We ordered a neon sign which was delivered badly damaged. The company gave us a hard time about getting a refund and instead wanted to give us replacement parts which would have done no good because the frame was bent and there was paint chipped off. The sign cost $400. Finally, they agreed to accept the sign back. My dad had to make 3 trips to the bus station for even them to accept it. We never heard anything back from our "point person" Alex (or Oleg, he uses 2 names) for 2 weeks so I called and informed him I would be writing the BBB unless I heard from when and got a date for a refund. He called me back and even before he identified himself he proceeded to YELL at me how I should not threaten him with the BBB. He continued to be rude, disrespectful and arrogant to the point I couldn't even deal with him and hung up. I tried calling to speak to his boss but he answered the phone agin and wouldn't put me through to anyone--it ended in a yelling match again as he argued with me about the amount of damage. I was confused by this as he told me he hadn't recieved it yet, how could he possibly know? He then told me his brother was the owner who wasn't in till next week. I called this Monday and again asked for the owner, he told me I was speaking to him and informed me they had yet to recieve the sign (it had at this point been 3 weeks) and we would get a refund when they got it, he would be in touch. I then asked his name and he told me Alex, the same guy as last week. It is now Friday, I called the bus company and found out Alex had picked up the sign a week and a half ago and has been lying to me. I now have put this in the hands of the BBB. They don't deserve anyone's business.

I have been wanted a specific neon sign for a while and just could not find it anywhere. I searched Ebay and other sites for it for a long time. When I was about to give up - I came across the myneonhaven.com and saw what I was looking for! I placed an order for the sign of my dreams - a rep called me and said it was out of stock and will take 6-8 weeks to get and that I can get a refund or continue with the order. Since I could not locate this sign anywhere I decided that a little wait will do no harm. To my happiness and surprise the sign arrived in 3 weeks! It was carefully wrapped and better than I envisioned! The only downside that I can mention is that the sign came by a greyhound bus and I had to pick it myself and the station was not in the best neighborhood in the city. But it was all worth it after a long search and spending $500+ buck. I saw some mixed reviews of this site and just wanted to share my story.

Neon Bar Sign Online Store WARNING! - I purchased a fancy neon bar sign for my college apartment about 15 months ago from an online dealer. The price was $450 and was shipped by bus where I had to pick it up. Not terrible but weird. THEN 6 months of having sign, not moving it, treating it nice, transformer has problem and sign won't stay on. I had to let the website know about the problem thru email only, as they don't answer the phone or return voicemail. Also, the reply emails from them are written in poor english and purposefully vague. Finally, after about 4 months I get them to send me a "new" transformer for $35, even though their website advertises FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY ON ALL NEONS and FREE SHIPPING at the top right corner of their homepage. I paid it because a new transformer is about $150 to $200 so I thought worth a shot. No, the transformer sent to me was the incorrect model (even though I supplied the model I had currently with my order where he told me to). Further, the power cord had been cut so it was useless, as well as used, according to the indivdual whom I had to find locally and pay in order to troubleshoot the sign and wire on the transformer that was sent. The individual owns a local neon shop. SUMMARY: FIND SOMEWHERE LOCAL - DONT BUY A NEON SIGN FROM INTERNET - OR ASK AROUND AT NEARBY ESTABLISHMENTS.
