Portal is easy to use. IPostal1 experience has been meeting my expectations and I'd recommend it. I wish the pick-up of physical mail process was easier, like expanded hours or a 24/7 self-service option after you make a pick-up appointment ahead of time. It's been difficult to get to the mail office during work hours (M - F 9 am - 5 pm).
I knew I'd be moving/travel a few times over the next year and I wanted to have as much of my mail streamlined to one address so that I didn't have to keep changing my address or risk loosing mail.
Ease at which I was able to check without having to endure undue or unnecessary sales pressure.
Curious about online exposure.
Overall iPostal1 is fantastic! I'm a long haul truck driver, and this has been a godsend for me. I have one address in a small town, Prescott, AZ. Works absolutely perfect! I did have another for my business down in Scottsdale, AZ. Between the post office returning most of my mail and the attitude of the Staples employees, it was bad. I closed that one and reopened at a different Scottsdale location… back to flawless and happy! Highly recommend.

I received 49 pop-ups on my phone, telling me that I had a virus on each one. It wanted me to click on them so they could erase the viruses. Monica, on chat, was very helpful. She helped me get them deleted from my browser. Thank you so much. Oh yeah, we tried to get coverage for our amplifier speaker unit, that is non functional and we had no way to give all the information because your site did not offer the appropriate ability to put the correct numbers in.
