Tijdens de coronacrisis waren we geblokkeerd in Myanmar.Op advies van de Belgische ambassade boekten we ticket Rangoon Brussel met Nusatrip voor 2 personen, kostprijs 1671 euro's.Na 2 dagen kregen we mailtje dat de vlucht geannuleerd was met hoop blabla, uiteindelijk zijn we moeten, terug komen met vlucht van Swissair en Belgische ambassade, nogmaals 3200 euro. Nusatrip verdient het niet als bedrijf te werken. K snap niet hoe indonesische autoriteiten dit toelaten

Booked return flights for 3 people in December 2021 through nusatrip.
When we went to check in, we found the flight had been cancelled, Nusatrip didn't know the flight was cancelled until I called - and said they couldn't get us an onto alternative flight.
We lost our holiday, lost the hotel I had already paid for and had to scramble to find alternative accommodation as we were expecting to fly out that day.
It turned out the insurance I purchased from nusatrip to cover the trip doesn't cover flight cancellation.
They said they could only give me a refund voucher and that it might take months...
3 months later, still no refund, no updates and calling customer service only results in a message to say that the refund is "in progress", but they don't know how long the process will take.
Frustrating, disappointing and ruined our family holiday.

I tried to book a flight through them - the booking seemed successful. After few minutes I got an email saying that my credit card payment was rejected and I needed to initiate another payment again within half an hour otherwise I would lose my ticket.
I thought 'oh weird, I thought it went through' but following their instructions I have made another payment to secure the flight.
Guess what... My card was charged twice.
Luckily I noticed by checking my CC statement and talked to the customer service to ask for a legitimate refund.
Guess what? Now they refuse to issue any refund for the ticket even though it was their request to proceed with another payment (I also have their email)

I purchase a hotel stay in novembre 2022, via Nusatrip ( to encourage an Indonesian company) the reservation had a FREE CANCELATION CLAUSE t i cancel it a month before the limit date despite that Nusatrip customer service that i would MAY BE credited to my credit card in 3 MONTHS!

All international flights got cancelled when Covid started to spread. Countries went on lock down. I applied for cancellation just to make sure they refund me inspite the fact that no airlines already travelled that time. They said in March 2020 I will get a refund, we are in Feb 2021 already but still they aren't refunding me. Calling their hotline numerous times now only a machine answers and you can't even leave a message. If you email, you get a stupid autoreply.
This has to be one of the worse customer service for booking flights, they are king of say one thing & when that make a mistake, they blame the customer instead of accepting responsibility for their mistake and /or they pass the buck onto the airlines is the issue not them! Then when u request to speak with a manager or supervisor, they say don't have or they don't do customer service?! What? So when the rep makes a mistake, there isn't anyone to genuinely help u with your issue, before this bad experience, they were actually worth the discount but now I'll just pay the extra money with Traveloka because at least they have some form of Customer Service & actually help their customers, NusaTrip just blames the customer and no one can help!
I booked a plane ticket with a visa debit card payment. I received the e-ticket but then there was another email notification that the payment was canceled and I checked that the money had not been reduced, so I paid for the ticket for the second time and I received an e-ticket with a different code. The data from the bank is still the same, namely the money has not been reduced but this time there is no email stating the cancellation. I confirmed to nusatrip and they couldn't help anything. Very ridiculous. Nusatrip seems to only work as an arm-lenght, but interferes by sending misleading notifications, and then does nothing

I have confirmation from the airlines they have refunded the money to Nusatrip yet they hold my money! I can NEVER speak to customer service manager Rikky Rizaldi or Farah the Team Lead. Why not? I get the SAME reply when I can to ask about my refund and the SAME email response when I try to email
Been using nusatrip years now, mostly for flights booking, dom & int'l no issue. Once payment confirmed ticket was sent instantly to my e-mail. Hotel rates often cheaper than other booking site or even the hotel itself. So, guess I'm consider very lucky to have had nice experience with them?

Do not make booking with Nusatrip.com. It's a company that don't provide refund even when the refund by airline is in. Customer support via email and the customer support when I make phone call providing different information. When I called the helpline in June, customer support person said already have the refund from airline. But when I email for an update of the refund status, keep telling me still checking and could not provide me with details. The only thing they could do is apologise for the inconvenience caused. Stop holding my refund if you already have it
You guys suck. Why do you take up hours of my day only to tell me you won't process my purchase of an air ticket? Bloody waste of my time. They can't accept foreign credit cards? In this day & age? For an online transaction? Pathetic.
Just did payment for a ticket from Jogja to Balikpapan for my son. But they cancelled the booking due to 'NON PAYMENT'! I called CS, no one answered.
Always been my prefered online booking flights for years now, domestic & international. Never have a significant issue. Guess what they could improve is the customer support team - need to be more helpful / have some effort in helping the customer to selected the meal preference as it wasn't showing up on the site somehow.
Nusatrip is a horrible booking company. I booked my ticket from KL to Mexico for over 14million IDR via China and Canada. When I learned that I needed a Canadian transit visa for the 7 hour transit, I knew I would not have enough time to obtain the visa, so we contacted them and asked them the reroute. They said they could reroute the flight without having to transit to Canada/USA and asked me to pay another 5,8 million IDR. When I asked for the breakdown of it, they just said that was just the number that came out of their system and it can change anytime. I decided to pay the fees, at least it would be rerouted. The new ticket was confirmed and sent with the new route KL -China - Mexico.
Three days before flying I called them again about something else and now the operator said all flights to Mexico would go via Canada or USA. That was shocking because they charged me an extra 5.8 million clearly to avoid Canada/USA cos I didn't have enough time to get the transit visa. The new ticket that they issued also didn't show that the plane would transit in Canada. They said because it's a stop over, it doesn't appear on the ticket! They are not helpful at all and when I asked them either to reroute or refund my money, they just said if I wanted to get a refund I would get only 11 million refund (out of the total 20 million that I paid) and I should do it right away cos it may change anytime. That would be the first and last time for me to use such company. I have all email and phone conversation record to prove how unethical and dodgy they are. Now that I checked for their credibility from reviews, actually they have done even worse things to other people! Never risk your time and money with Nusatrip.
We bought a ticket from Maumere to Denpasar and an onward ticket from Denpasar to Jakarta. Nusatrip sent the e-tickets and everything seemed to ok. I have heard that some Indonesian flights sometimes are delayed, so I checked the flight history of our planes. I found out that the departure we have bought did not exist. The first flight from Maumere was more than an hour later than our departure time. I contacted Nusatrip and they had to admit our ticket was wrong. However, they were not going to do anything about it. The later departure meant that we would miss our connecting flight. We asked Nusatrip to change our connecting flight. They said we should pay more than IDR 2,000,000 to change to a later flight. We told them that it was their fault that we could not reach our connecting flight but again we got their 'rubber stamp' "We are sorry for any inconvenience caused" We had to buy new tickets from another company and we lost nearly $500. Avoid this company at any cost, or at least search the internet for reviews of Nusatrip before you buy anything.

If online transaction goes well they might be ok. If you have to contact customer support - disaster! Prices are cheap, but as in my case, you could end up paying double.
