“This Company Is A Scam!”

Ben S.
8/10/22

They were once legit, however now they are banning members midway in reaching the $65 minimum to cash out so they don't have to pay them. They make up lies about members not answering questions correctly or they suspect a suspicious account. They are illegally withholding funds from those who earned on their website and app. Stay away from this shady survey company. I already notified the Attorney General and BBB of their illegal practices. They need to be shut down!

Thank you for your comments. We are completely and utterly genuine. We pay out to hundreds of members every month. We only block members where we have concerns about the validity of their responses or if they fail one of our multiple quality checks. It is worth noting that nothing has come from this unwarranted notification and we remain a genuine honest company who prides itself on the quality of our data and our members.

Went to redeem £25 then my redemption was blocked and told there were security issues with my account. They asked for photo ID. Unbelievable. If Onepoll think I am going to supply photo that is open to fraudulent activity they've got another thing coming! My account is now shut after all the surveys I have taken and the must have been an awful lot to get to £25. Avoid at all costs!

Shocking they own me 20 pounds and will not give it me
Unless i provide them with my passport and photos!
They have asked for passport photos of my…
They have asked for passport photos plus all my passport details and photo id and picture of me and my address?
Very dodgy request!
I am very concerned!
If I don't comply they keep all your rewards in my case £20
I also see from the reviews many other users of One Poll have had the same experience,.
No other companies have every asked for this sort or personal information.

Thank you for your comments. Without knowing precise details it is difficult to comment but where we identify inconsistencies with the data supplied we ask for proof of identity. This is not uncommon to prevent fraud. If you are willing to prove your identity then your rewards will be available to you. If you don't then this is your choice

I was a member for several years and over the last year it has become significantly more difficult to reach a payout. I was lucky to earn a payout once a year. The website was had chronic operational issues for nearly a year. Getting surveys from other countries, extended periods of the website site unavailable for "maintenance", difficulties login in, surveys resetting back to first question without reason, some times it took several attempts to complete a survey and ambiguous questions that and capricious referral program. Sometimes it's on, sometimes it's off and support isn't going to help you on that one. Also, the screen out rate has significantly increased and reaching the payout threshold of $65 extended. If you rely on email notifications you will discover that surveys reach quota very quickly, and with no other surveys being fielded, So, you just wasted your time. I communicated my intention to leave and they just nixed my account immediately. The OnePoll is owned by 72point.

I am afraid that we are still going and bigger and better than ever. We have made significant improvement to our technology platform and continue to offer surveys for members to complete

It is unfortunate that they would lay ambush for you to almost hit the threshold and get unsubscribed. No need wasting your time there, it's a scam

Thank you for your review. We never unsubscribe people without a reason and in those instances people are offered the opportunity to provide photoID to prove they are who they say they are and confirm that the information we have been provided with is genuine. We pay hundreds of genuine members each month but will continue to protect the integrity of the date we provide.

DONT USE. They wait until they owe you £25 and then they will only pay if you provide a passport and photos and other personal info.
They don't ask until they owe you money beware.

Tip for consumers:
One poll own me 25 pounds and they will not pay out until they see lots of my personal details and my passport?/

Where we identify situations where there are inconsistencies in the data provided we request Photo ID to confirm your identity. I am not sure how any genuine person would object to this. But yes please be prepared to provide photo id if needed

Thanks for your comments. If you were locked out it would have been due to issues on your account and never to do with the amount of points in your account. We have very high quality standards and people failing them are automatically blocked. If you contact member@onepoll.com they will explain why and try to resolve the issue. We pay out thousands each year in incentives to our panel members whose assistance we greatly appreciate.

I've been consistently receiving 3-6 OnePoll surveys each day, enabling me to make slow but steady progress towards the £40 reward. My balance gets to £39.95 and surprise surprise, no surveys. This is a cynical way to avoid payments to panellists. Negative and dishonest

This site is a time-sucker. It takes forever to reach the redemption threshold of $65 USD and the closer you get, the slower they get! I am currently at $42 and if I EVER get to the redemption point, I will be done with this site.

Have tried to do about eleven surveys so far, but all have either been inappropriate and stopped, or froze / crashed whilst in progress. Frankly it seems to be a waste of time and I shan't bother to continue with it.

Not a scam. It does seem that polls slow down just prior to cash out, but enough finally came and about 28 days later the payment hit PayPal. Not a career maker but they are on the level.

This site used to be great. They changed it and now it is terrible. Slow and painful to use and the surveys seem to ask loads more questions than they used to, timing out half the time after you've wasted fifteen minutes of your life trying to fill it in. Once I got my £40 I stopped using it. It took me years of trying to do surveys every day (and filling in half of them and then it saying I didn't qualify and so I wouldn't get my five pence). Slave labour to be honest.

Plenty of easy short surveys. I have had two pay outs. Surveys dry up when you are near to £40. I have been stuck for 10 days on £39.90 and it is happening with my third potential pay out. Then it takes four weeks to get money transferred to your bank. I still do it, but it is annoying.

The surveys are always short and so in my opinion its an easy £40. I get enough to redeem almost every 2 months exactly. Just keep checking throughout the day is my advice as there aren't many still live if you leave til the last minute.

VERY SLOW!
First time I tried it had about 20 short surveys, since then lucky to get 2 per day and those seem to be "not suitable for me" or I have completed them before?
