I had some questions before I ordered so I contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful. I received a reply email from them a day later, and they were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. A very good team, in my opinion.

Last time I placed an order, I had a coupon code. I planned to use it, but your placement of the coupon code box I found was….unusual, and I completed the transaction before I was able to apply the code. I emailed you IMMEDIATELY after that transaction and asked if you would apply the $10 credit at your end. No. I was advised to use it on my next purchase. This IS my next purchase. Now your site/system is telling me the code is invalid. It HAS been a few months, but…there was no expiration date attached to the code, so…I'm feeling I got a raw deal and this "coupon" business is kind of shady. I was feeling really good about your company, wrote a really positive review, and have recommended you to several people. I'm not feeling really good about that now. I'm feeling duped. It's only $10, but it's kind of the principle.
Other than this issue, which has been ignored buy Online Stores, I'm a satisfied customer. The selection of products in my category has been good, prices reasonable, and delivery time excellent. Order accuracy 100% to date.
Coupon codes don’t seem “legit”. Twice was given a code, twice it didn’t work, twice was basically told, “too bad, so sad”… Prices are good anyway so I considered the coupons as “gravy” so to speak. Going forward I’m going to ignore them because I see they’re not legit. Seems like they’re asking for trouble doing that, though…

It was fine, everything done online. This is my second purchase. Flags are made for locations with light to modest wind.

This did not work out for us. Our flag pole is 1 3/4" diameter; however, description for 2" diameter states that it should have worked up to 2" diameter.

I could find, purchase, and receive everything we hoped for, and then as a cherry on top, the order came with a coupon discount card to a company we don't use, but I appreciated the offer. I highly recommend and will most likely continue to utilize this company.
