So they don't care about environment or driving with empty seats while showing on the site wrong information such as full bus. I was mislead by the booking process: "... All our tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable so if you have accepted the payment for more than one ticket and received all of the tickets, we cannot make exceptions to our terms and conditions..." MY MESSAGE AFTER FEW MINUTES OF BOOKING: "I have just talked with an operator few moments ago about the issue I am writing you about and she told me that by writing you you could possibly arrange for a solution. I needed to book two tickets for today but instead three were booked by mistake. It happened because I have first selected one passenger, then I corrected it to two, but the total was not shown clearly, so I booked three tickets instead of one. Therefore, I kindly invite you to correct my number of passengers and refund me for the extra ticket. This would be fair, cause I booked few minutes ago and it's clearly an accidental error due not just to me, but also to the fact that the number of tickets was not clear. In addition, it would be of course such a waste of resources and a useless pollution to keep one third seat empty while nobody uses it. Thanks for understanding, it's a pity that the phone operator could not do the correction, but I am confident that you understand the matter and I appeal to your awareness. This to avoid waste of time for both parties in ombudsman services (such as KKW), EU dispute resolution.
