When you try to email them, they either do not respond, tell you to send inquiries to the appropriate email address (but do not give you an email address for refunds), or give you the wrong answer because they didn't take time to carefully read the details. Lousy, lousy, lousy customer service!

A Google search for "Lion King" DVD produced this site with a $10.99 advertised price. But after clicking the link to the site, the price turned out to be $12.99. Not the biggest issue in the world, but still a difference. I emailed to ask about their price, and the response I got was rude and did not answer the question. I decided to shop somewhere else. After reading these other reviews, I'm glad I did. I don't trust them. Clearly their priority was not a positive customer experience.
This site is a complete rip off. Ordered a set of DVD's only 1 of the 5 worked and it is in some other language. No customer service or response. Not sure where else we can post this but this site should definately be shut down.
(1) The website has no phone contact number or headquarters address, a real "BEWARE!" situation. (2) I assumed a USA location so didn't look at their "international shipping" page which tells that delivery time is much longer than I expected. (3) They sold me a DVD no longer available in the US at other sites (it's a Disney film) so, given that it arrived from Thailand, it's probably pirated. (4) Note that there is NO GUARANTEE OF FINANCIAL DATA SECURITY anywhere on the site. For what it's worth, I've had 3 fraudulent attempts to use my VISA card since placing the order on line; whoever is doing it has the info I entered on this site, including the 3-number security code. Buyer, be very aware!
Please do not waste your money! I purchased two DVDS in December of 2009 that will not work in any sort of player. No customer service and PayPal will not help.
I ordered Fantasia and Planet Earth for gifts, The items took 16 days to arrive with standard shipping. Not the worst. The bad part was that though the site did not indicate it anywhere on the items page (all pictures were in English), the packaging on the DVDs was all in Chinese. If that was not all, hoping things would get better I opened the items and all the menues are in Chinese also. The narration however is in English. Make any sense, I don't think so! I have an email out to the company, but am not very optimistic.
