My account was accidentally debited twice for the same transaction. This was confirmed by Panda dvds, however it has now been over 6 weeks and they have not refunded the overpayment. When you try to email them, they either do not respond, tell you to send inquiries to the appropriate email address (but do not give you an email address for refunds), or give you the wrong answer because they didn't take time to carefully read the details. Lousy, lousy, lousy customer service!
