This company is completely unprofessional in their dealings with customers. I don't believe it to be a viable alternative to any other renown companies in the sector. They have been banned from Ebay for being grossly incompetent. One of the biggest issues with them is when you get locked out of your account. 9 times out of 10 this happens when you receive a payment from a third party. Don't trust your hard earned money with people that have no morals. They make it obvious that their immediate priority is their shareholders. If you're in Australia, you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority in order to get your concerns addressed.
