I ordered heartguard last year. Received product, all was fine. BUT then out of the blue from nowhere withOUT my consent, I eas charged $45 and more product mailed to me. I've tried calling then for four days straight and I get noone, not even a voicemail/machine. I want my money back. They totally withdrew from my checking account with no warning and no permission! I am MAD! Soooooo unprofessional. CHEATERS and ROBBERS!
They suck pure and simple. Waiting literally weeks to get goods. Never ever will order from them again. Now I'm picking ticks off my dog and need to pay top price at vet. Ridiculous aster of time.
I ordered heart worm medication April 08,2016. Still don't have it. Called twice and e mailed them twice without a single response. I am out 60.00 dollars. Anyone else have such an experience?
I just want to know if anyone knows about this company. I was going to order pet supplies from them but I'm afraid to do so because I don't know anything about them. If anyone can help I would be very greatful.
I have used this website several years now for my bulk orders of revolution for my cats and 4 dogs. The only issue I have with each order is it gets flagged and locks my card until I unlock it and approve transaction, then I have to order again. Other than that, I have had no issues and I am very pleased to bypass costly vet visits to get a simple prescription pet drug.
Tip for consumers:
Watch your bank to make sure the transaction doesn't lock you out. You may have to order twice after approving transaction if the initial one was cancelled by your bank.

It's very hard to beat PetBucket for their products, prices, customer service and speed of shipping! Even when I order something fragile, nothing has ever broken or ripped open! What more could you ask?
I ordered Stronghold, which is supposed to be the same formula as Revolution. It was $90 for 12 doses, which is quite a bit cheaper than anywhere I have found Revolution. I received it in less than 2 weeks. I did sign up for autoship, which brings the price down. Have used the first dose on my three small dogs and it seems to be working. No complaints.
Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to wait a few weeks for the shipment to arrive. Also, pay attention to signing up for autoship, or not, as you wish.
I run a rescue so best price is always a must. We have been buying heartworm care from Petbucket for years. We refer with each adoption too
