I, as a female, have to say it is a scam, making me a premium member for males which is a lie since i never paid for this membership only to animate the guys going for payment to send me message.i did try it out with a good friend to see it shows on his side premium and cant talk to me.it is money making and sure not legal at all! Si to any guys, be aware to pay some since after a while the girl isnt a premium anymore, funny isnt it? Ah and in the effect i send guys mails telling them what is happen and then they deleted my account directly

Way too many fakes! About 80% of the girls on there are looking for money or a scam. You may get lucky though and find a few real girls.
This is a third world Country. Everyone is impoverished by the corrupt government. Most ladies are young and look for cam sex tin order to survive. It's impossible to keep up with their demands for money to top up their phone data or to buy rice. With this app you're guaranteed frustration. If you're lucky one out of two hundred will be honest. Anyways, the odds are stacked against you.
Browsing thru the site, I will get a pop-up that says a girl sent me a message or clicked on "like" my profile. But when I check messages or check my like que, the girl is not there. It happened so often, I checked all settings and profile configuration. Come to find out, the lady profiles were moved to my "blocked" que. I unblocked them but they went right back to blocked. I checked the name at the top of the list one day so I could see how many new ones were blocked — about 3 dozen! Many of whom liked my profile or sent msg. Really bad. What's the point of using a site like this?

Customer support is stone stupid and incompetent. They charged me twice on Apple Pay within 3 days of each other. I try to tell them about it through email and they beat around the bush asking for bill from Apple which I sent many times and they claim they never got the attachment, than when they finally do see it they say you only sent one bill but which they know about both charges by now because the first one was in their system and they even told me about the first charge. So I show them the second billing error. They are so dumb and can't be dealt with. They are either Chinese or Filipino idiots who can't tell left from right. I called my bank and filed a dispute for unauthorized billing. They automatically put Apple Pay on auto-renew
Many there seems to be cam models and/or escorts and ask money (especially ladyboys). Others want money for internet load or now with Covid they make up excuses. The site has a "report profile" button to report scams but do NOThing to remove them. Waste of money and time!
So usually for dating sites, verified pic would have AT LEAST the face of the person. But look at this, not even face, it's just a shot of their torso AND it's verified.
On top of that, premium is a label for PC site, if you are on mobile, premium is basically "popular". This is basically a "female" only account privilege that works like premium, but obtainable for free. As long as the user reached certain amount of interaction, they will get the premium/popular status, but when they're not getting any, they will lose it.
Men? Yeah please buy premium so you can message more often (not once every 10 mins) and not getting gated by the women's premium/popular status (yes, you can get locked from messaging a person if they get the popular/premium status, even if you're able to message them before).
To start off, I'm surprised that despite the site being famous for "looking for Filipina date", it has no reviews. A friend (woman) told me to try this out because she believed this place has more "real" people, so I did. But it was a complete money grabbing scheme and sexist, and here are the easiest "turn offs" you'll experience within 5 minutes of getting online there:
1. Premium members can only be messaged by other premium members, which means if you're not premium, you can't really message some of the people who are marked as "popular" by the site. This is NOT about verified photos or not, but more to your account status.
2. As free user, you are limited to sending ONE message every 10 minutes. Definitely a turn off when you want a conversation going.
3. I asked my friend who suggested me the site regarding point no 2, she laughed it off because when she made her account to try out stuffs, she did NOT get limited to one message every 10 minutes, which means a "girl" account does not get time gated to send messages, even if the account is NOT premium or verified. So from there it was very obvious that this site is just baiting men to pay to talk.
Just look at the premium pricing, despite the target community are mainly Filipino residents, their pricing are set on USD. And one month is twice more expensive than one year? This site just seems like, they want your 10 dollars and not caring about anything else.
End word, I think the site does not offer anything special, it's just baiting innocent, guilty Filipinas to get foreigners to pay for the premium.
Edit: it's funny because when I'm checking profiles, there are alot of Filipinas who just registered already got premium. Did they really pay for it? Definitely not because 10 USD is alot for them in general. Seems that the site just gives the women (especially good looking ones with rather revealing photos) free premium to bait men to spend. Classic move

1. Filled with fake accounts, some of them operated by the site itself.
You'll get a bunch of chats from them as soon as your subscription expires. Once you renew, it's dead quiet, as long as you ignore the obvious freelance scammers and prostitutes.
(My bet is the few guys who actually marry physically attractive women from sites like this are more often than not marrying retired prostitutes.)
2. Naturally, a site full of fakes doesn't need or have an advanced search or a way to save searches. Has only rudimentary search parameters, which make it even less likely you will notice the person that fits you.
3. Too few options to block those with incompatible preferences.
Don't expect anything more than relatively expensive fantasy entertainment from this site.

I created a profile using free membership, many ladies contacted me, most of them offered nude shows for a payment, and few others who agreed to meet me in person were scammers, some girls were willing to meet provided I send them money in advance but they not willing to provide any ID because they don't have money to get ID card from the government, and also they don't have money to buy travel ticket and always hungry and starving, The interesting part is these ladies have a profile picture of themselves in best tourist spots wearing the most expensive jewellery and clothing, it doesn't add up, they always want me to send money by western union to fulfill their promise. There may be some genuine ladies in there but unfortunately the site is overrun by Fraudsters.

All the pina I talked to are try to get some money out of me. Do a nude show for money scam pay for her child food family got hardship buy land for me. Pay her monthly for GF to wait for you to go over. Hospital bill medical emergence bill. Get No way to get refund from site if stop using it.

Is usually the typical of what would you expect from all Filipina dating sties, desperate Filipinas looking for white old men to take them and their family out of their misery, if that's your thing then suit yourself

This site is almost all scammers and they know it! They do nothing to try and stop it and never I say never acknowledge you even report them! They allow men dressed as women to hide they are women! They absolutely know that these scams are going on and are so blatantly arrogant that they say it dies hardly ever happen? It happens 100's of times nightly and that's a fact! I reported one girl that just happened to be using a friend s pics and she was using 3 more profiles that it too ME only a few minutes to figure out and when I reported it she is still there and still scamming! It blocks people I don't want blocked. I can unblock but it lasts only seconds. It deletes messages before I've read them. I see a pop up that says message sent but it's not there when I look. I send messages that disappear. It sucks.
My account say suspended... I have never done anything to have it suspended. Have always been a gentleman and never nasty.

It's been 2 months since this review and I didn't get my premium membership even though I paid. I sent thaifriendly (pinalove's parent company) numerous emails with no reply. The outfit that collects the money for them is worthless and won't help. I'd sue these jokers for fraud but not sure it's worth it. Scumbags...

I planned a trip to Manila in 2022. I joined Pina Love in January 2023 with at least 6 months ahead of visiting Manila. I intended to use the site in a decent and proper manner and therefore I have decided to write this totally accurate review of my experience using it. This is a no holds barred review of Pina Love in 2023.
The first thing to know about this site is that in Philippines the word is out - men usually only go there looking for easy sex. Therefore from the start you as a man are having to prove you are not like that. I was not using it for that reason and I submitted a verifed photo and created a pretty good profile that was clear about my intentions.
It is free to use, yes and messages are subjected to one every 10 minutes wait. This can be a bit annoying if the contact goes off line. What is not commonly known however is that the women (and the trans) are given free message allowance and in my experience ti would seem that they know it when a message back is vague or so short another follow up is required. In other words they are knowingly wasting your time.
A lot of people on there will put there contact details in their profile such as chat apps. These kinds of members are nearly every time freelancers. You will also get messages from members who simply send you a message saying whatsapp and a phone number. If anyone has ever managed to meet one of these types of girls for free I would love to know about it.
My profile stated that I was only looking for someone in Manila. This was not taken into account and messages from impossible to get to locations often arrived in my inbox. In other words you can expect to recieve messages from time wasters who do exactly the opposite to what you put in your profile. This is one of the major drawbacks of this dating site. Incidentally, before I was in Philippines for those 6 months or so when my profile was active I had up to 25 messages a day. Once in Manila and my location changed, messages still arrived but almost no one would believe I was single. That to me is the worst aspect of using this site. No women trusts any men.
People talk about scammers. My experience is not like that. No one tried to scam me by asking for large amounts of money. I do not believe that happens on Pina Love but there is a scam every guy should be aware of that is in plain view. The transport scam. What happens is a member will state their location as being close but actually quite far when in fact they are probably not that far away. In order to meet you they expect transport to be laid on. This is almost every single time in the form of 'Grab'...a private taxi which is not cheap. I often queried this and had all kinds of responses. I believe what happens is the person will say "pay for my grab" and take a far cheaper mode of travel. So if you do decide to pay for their grab do it yourself and do not hand over the money to the person. It is totally bizarre this idea that men should have to pay transport costs to meet someone - I have not been to any other country where people say this. In Philippines this is now the norm so be ready for that one.
I used Pina Love for 6-7 months. I verified my photos, I decided on a no block policy and tried to reply to every message I got. It was a waste of time. Therefore the only conclusion I can come up with is it is a fruitless pursuit and deserves its repuation as being a cheap hook up app, with cheap people using it.

do what everyone else does. create a profile a week before going and delete it once you leave. Do not think its worth using for anything other than that.
