Customer support is stone stupid and incompetent. They charged me twice on Apple Pay within 3 days of each other. I try to tell them about it through email and they beat around the bush asking for bill from Apple which I sent many times and they claim they never got the attachment, than when they finally do see it they say you only sent one bill but which they know about both charges by now because the first one was in their system and they even told me about the first charge. So I show them the second billing error. They are so dumb and can't be dealt with. They are either Chinese or Filipino idiots who can't tell left from right. I called my bank and filed a dispute for unauthorized billing. They automatically put Apple Pay on auto-renew
