Good so far! A little bit unclear about how/when to fill out the USPS form, but I can figure it out myself. Also, no verification of the cost when I entered my CC info. Would be nice to have a confirmation page showing me the price before charging my card.
I used the facility in Brooklyn, New York. Waiting time for uploads is sometimes more than a week! Takes another week to have parcels forwarded. Parcels are doubly forwarded and charged! No, or very late and unsatisfactory, answer when contacting support about these issues.

Dead simple. Showing a potential address on the landing page and stating how many packages received and scanned made my decision much easier.

I have not experienced such a lack of communication between a business and its customers. Absolutely dreadful.
Tip for consumers:
I don't know if there is a refund policy because I've been requesting one but have not received an answer after a week.
It's been cool so far - I'd like a little more time to use the service before I give my final review though.
There was a 2 day issue with their third party notary service but other than that I've gotten everything taken care of I belive.

Excellent so far. I like that plans include free scans. Good selection of addresses in Los Angeles. I chose Fuller Ave as I'd like a residential mailbox replacement and don't want an obviously commercial address (Wilshire, etc.).
Such a blessing having this as a new business owner! I didn't want to give my address b/c of the dangers associated with all of that in 2020, this is HEAVEN SENT!

The setup was easy until I had to type in my card, and then I didn't remember the three digit code on the back of the system time me out so oh, it wouldn't let me use my email, my original email so I had to switch up an email real quick. Other than that, the service is perfect. Allows me to travel like I do, without having to worry about whether or not I'm not receiving important documentation, that alone is a huge stress off my Brain. So far so good!!
Helmy was excellent. He Walk me through all my questions. And, I had a lot. I'll be buy more mailboxes soon. Just needed this one now to get started.
Used the online notary service that PostScan recommends and was processed the next business day with a confirmation email. Too early to know if they will contact me (email) each time I receive mail, but that is the key to this service, as a competitor had stopped notifying me each time mail arrived and I had to check constantly, even after informing them and confirming my email address.
While this service does contract with mail stores, they offer buildings as well (which I chose to use for my address) and I am so far satisfied with my downtown suite address!
if we had the usps 1688 or something instantly to download and upload that would be awesome but i expect to find it inside the platform somewhere

Very quick and easy to setup! I did have slight issues setting up the address through Shopify. Will look into that more. Overall, glad I made the descision.
Easy to sign up and set up the next steps. About the notarization, it would be great to have more information on what is notarization and the usps form of what it is and why fill it out? Also it caught me a bit off guard to meet with a certified person to ensure the form was correct. I would provide statements of what happens next after signing up? That way, I would know what to expect from the user experience side. Overall, it was a really nice experience.
So far, the process of signing up has been easy enough, however, I've had to contact support several times to ask questions regarding your services, specific address information, and general system processes. That being said, speaking to two different representatives has been a good experience thus far.
Thanks guys. Hope the labor in the mail processing is going well. Sounds like a lot of work. I hope this company grows successful in all the right and healthy ways.

I called post scan to see how they handle the mail service they contract with,
When a package is lost/stolen. My package was delivered 1/28 the package handlers called me 2:13pm stated "they received a package at my mail box for someone else" I said that person is my 2 year old son and he's on my mailbox and usps paperwork if you check my account, I received apologies and we disconnected call. I then proceeded immediately after the call to pay for the item to be FedEx 2 day shipped to my home address on 1/30. Label was created at 4pm. Well 1/30 that evening was the beginning of our Ice Storm in Denton Texas. In my mind I'm not getting this package in 2 days no worries because We are going on locked down and I rather everyone be safe than to complain about uncontrollable service time. Fast forwarding to Monday 2/6. I decide to log into postscan and see that my package still states label created and at originating facility never left. Me no worries we just opened back up as a State, Let me call to make sure the package goes out today. Post scan agent called the mail facility on 3way, located in Dallas. They stated no you should've been received it, the driver came and picked up all the mail. The agent stated "online it says it's still with you". The mail facility says well "when I track it online it shows out for delivery" they just didn't scan the package when the took it "again" I'm thinking again? Being a ex FedEx manager for 2 years that's a liability as a FedEx retailer that handle our shipments you should make sure all packages are scanned and keep a manifest of how many packages went out of your location. Post scan mail said ok disconnected the 3 way call and never called back. Fast forward to 2/11 tracking still states at original facility. I reached out to a old colleague at FedEx and ask them to research the tracking, although the driver may have or not scan the package at originating facility the package would still have to processed through the hub in Tennessee which was also going through a cold front. After the research No scans no data. So I put in a package claim it was denied because per contract the originating sender would have to initiate the claim. My frustration now is why wasn't it initiated on 2/6 when I said it was never received. I was never offered any solution no matter how patient I was. It was oh driver didn't scan it and lies. No follow up call or nothing. It appears as theft but I was raised to explore all things possible before you allow yours to process negative thoughts. I've tried and is very disappointed. Note: none answers the phone. Call many times while writing the review. Call disconnects at 10 minute mark says leave a message.
