I was informed that I would receive leads within 24 hours after purchasing your package. However, it has been a month and I have yet to receive any leads. When I requested a refund, your company has been giving me various excuses and it has been over a month and I still have not received any refund. I find your company to be fraudulent and would not recommend it to anyone.

Hi All, I take a time to review this company Prism lead India. I am an Interior Designer and had been registered with this company. I have seen and registered in several companies for getting lead and mostly I thought that I have been ended up loosing my money. When I registered with this company I initially lost the hope that even I thought that they have cheated by not giving leads. But i was wrong by judging them I really wanted to support them because we should never judge a book by its cover and how other vendor's where thinking even I am among them to judge wrong they provide genuine leads no doubts but the thing is they provide slow and steady by seeing other review I really feel pity for them. Guys investing in this company is not wrong but the one who genuinely want business can. Highly appreciate the staff for the support.

Totally happy with services they came with team their are some language issue but end of the day I'm happy with services

Let me add facts of this fraud organization

Hi folks, this is in order to save business men being from scammed further, do not tie up with these sought of fraud company which does not even has its own physical office ( they are using Trooper Security office space).

It's a long story to explain, I'll keep it short. Despite of not having or generating leads for us they have scammed many companies like us. Took our money and kept on telling we would get leads till about 40-45 days and later said no refund stating it's already mentioned in the bill they shared.

Prism Lead India isn't registered yet and has no GST and charged us for the same and we never received a GST bill for one month above. *After several calls and pressure they shared a bill with GST number that's of Trooper Security and not Prism Lead India* ( where we can't claim the GST returns).

Altogether it's a Scam running in Bangalore and beware of this fraudulent people.

On 30th December'22, my relocation was done by Prism Lead India company. My invoice number is 384 /2022 -2023. All the information related to inventory and insurance was mentioned on the invoice. At the time of relocation, few of my belongings were damaged like a dent in my refrigerator, gas chulha nozzle was broken, my single bed's leg was damaged, one tea set and lots of scratches on the sofa set.

They packed everything with the form blanket but the way they put the inventory in the vehicle was really very bad. After the relocation when I called them to tell them about the damages then they told me that the insurance was not there on the invoice. But as they shared the invoice with me on which Insurance was mentioned, so now when I am trying to reach them for the solution then they are not even responding to my calls.

If this is the way of working then for sure the name of the company will no longer be in the market. I am also attaching the images in this review so that people can see the type of service this company is providing.

Abdul was the POC who was managing the relocation and his manager Israr is not responding to my calls. After that, I got the contact number of Keshav who is there in the company on a senior post but still I haven't seen that seniority because from day one he is not picking the phone calls and on Whatsapp he asked for the images still after 10 days he is not responding.

So I will never recommend the service of this company to anyone and will file a customer complaint for the same now. I have selected a single star but the service does not deserve any rating. Worst experience and irresponsible staff.

As they promised they give genuine leads later they will provide fake leads with no response. Don't even bothered to respond to reply back just don't go for this company..
