On 30th December'22, my relocation was done by Prism Lead India company. My invoice number is 384 /2022 -2023. All the information related to inventory and insurance was mentioned on the invoice. At the time of relocation, few of my belongings were damaged like a dent in my refrigerator, gas chulha nozzle was broken, my single bed's leg was damaged, one tea set and lots of scratches on the sofa set.

They packed everything with the form blanket but the way they put the inventory in the vehicle was really very bad. After the relocation when I called them to tell them about the damages then they told me that the insurance was not there on the invoice. But as they shared the invoice with me on which Insurance was mentioned, so now when I am trying to reach them for the solution then they are not even responding to my calls.

If this is the way of working then for sure the name of the company will no longer be in the market. I am also attaching the images in this review so that people can see the type of service this company is providing.

Abdul was the POC who was managing the relocation and his manager Israr is not responding to my calls. After that, I got the contact number of Keshav who is there in the company on a senior post but still I haven't seen that seniority because from day one he is not picking the phone calls and on Whatsapp he asked for the images still after 10 days he is not responding.

So I will never recommend the service of this company to anyone and will file a customer complaint for the same now. I have selected a single star but the service does not deserve any rating. Worst experience and irresponsible staff.
